  “双减”政策的实施对我国教育体系产生了深远影响,学前教育作为基础教育的重要组成部分,其定位与调整成为亟待探讨的关键议题。本研究以“双减”政策为背景,旨在分析学前教育在当前教育改革中的角色转变,并提出适应性调整策略。“双减”政策促使学前教育回归育人本质,强调游戏化教学和儿童全面发展的重要性,同时对幼儿园课程设计、师资培养以及家校合作提出了更高要求。研究揭示了部分幼儿园在政策落实过程中面临的挑战,如资源分配不均、教师专业能力不足等问题。本文提出优化学前教育评价体系、加强教师培训以及构建多方协同机制等具体建议。本研究的创新点在于从政策实践的角度深入剖析学前教育的转型路径,为相关政策制定者和教育实践者提供了理论支持与实践参考。

Abstract

  The implementation of the "double reduction" policy has a profound impact on China's education system. As an important part of basic education, preschool education's positioning and adjustment have become the key issues to be discussed. With the "double reduction" policy as the background, this study aims to analyze the role change of preschool education in the current education reform, and put forward the adaptive adjustment strategy. The "double reduction" policy promotes preschool education to return to the essence of educating people, emphasizes the importance of gamified teaching and children's all-round development, and puts forward higher requirements for kindergarten curriculum design, teacher training and home-school cooperation. The study revealed the challenges faced by some kindergartens in the implementation process of the policy, such as the uneven distribution of resources and the lack of professional ability of teachers. This paper puts forward some concrete suggestions on optimizing the evaluation system of preschool education, strengthening teacher training and constructing multi-party coordination mechanism. The innovation of this study lies in the in-depth analysis of the transformation path of preschool education from the perspective of policy practice, which provides theoretical support and practical reference for relevant policy makers and education practitioners.
