摘 要
干旱是影响马尾松生长和分布的重要环境因子,而不同种源的马尾松幼苗对干旱胁迫的响应存在显著差异,研究其耐旱性机制对于优化种源选择和提高造林成功率具有重要意义本试验以来自10个不同地理种源的马尾松幼苗为研究对象,在控水条件下通过测定叶片相对含水量、渗透调节物质含量、抗氧化酶活性及生长指标等参数,综合评估各种源幼苗的耐旱能力结果表明,不同种源马尾松幼苗在生理生化特性和生长表现上表现出明显分化,其中A种源和B种源幼苗在较低土壤水分条件下仍能维持较高的叶片相对含水量和较强的抗氧化能力,表现出较好的耐旱适应性此外,相关分析显示,脯氨酸积累水平与幼苗耐旱性呈显著正相关,可作为评价马尾松种源耐旱性的潜在指标本研究首次系统比较了多个马尾松种源的耐旱特性,揭示了其耐旱性分化的生理基础,为干旱地区马尾松种源的科学选择提供了理论依据和实践指导关键词:马尾松种源; 干旱胁迫; 耐旱性机制; 生理分化; 脯氨酸积累水平
Abstract
Drought is an important environmental factor affecting the growth and distribution of Masson pine (Pinus massoniana), and significant differences exist in the responses of seedlings from different provenances to drought stress. Investigating the mechanisms of drought tolerance is crucial for optimizing provenance selection and enhancing afforestation success rates. In this study, seedlings from 10 geographically distinct provenances of Masson pine were subjected to controlled water conditions, and their drought tolerance was comprehensively evaluated by measuring parameters such as leaf relative water content, osmotic调节 substance content, antioxidant enzyme activity, and growth indices. The results demonstrated evident differentiation among provenances in physiological, biochemical characteristics, and growth performance. Seedlings from provenances A and B maintained higher leaf relative water content and stronger antioxidant capacity under reduced soil moisture conditions, indicating better drought adaptability. Furthermore, correlation analysis revealed a significant positive relationship between proline accumulation levels and drought tolerance, suggesting that proline content could serve as a potential indicator for evaluating drought tolerance in Masson pine provenances. This study systematically compared the drought characteristics of multiple Masson pine provenances for the first time, elucidating the physiological basis of drought tolerance differentiation and providing theoretical support and practical guidance for scientifically selecting appropriate provenances in arid regions.Key words:Pinus Massoniana Provenance; Drought Stress; Drought Resistance Mechanism; Physiological Differentiation; Proline Accumulation Level
