摘 要
生物农药因其环境友好性和可持续性,近年来在森林害虫防治领域受到广泛关注本研究以我国典型森林生态系统为研究对象,系统评估了多种生物农药在防治主要森林害虫中的应用效果通过田间试验与实验室分析相结合的方法,选取苏云金芽孢杆菌、白僵菌和苦参碱等代表性生物农药,针对松毛虫、舞毒蛾等常见害虫开展防治试验结果表明,生物农药对目标害虫具有显著的抑制作用,其中白僵菌对松毛虫的致死率可达85%以上,且对非靶标生物影响较小此外,不同种类生物农药的作用机制和持续时间存在差异,需根据具体害虫种类和生态条件选择适宜的药剂本研究创新性地提出了基于害虫生活史和种群动态的生物农药优化施用策略,为提升森林害虫绿色防控水平提供了重要参考同时,研究强调了生物农药与传统化学农药相比在环境保护方面的优势,为进一步推广其在林业生产中的应用奠定了理论基础关键词:生物农药; 森林害虫防治; 白僵菌; 苏云金芽孢杆菌; 绿色防控策略
Abstract
Biological pesticides have garnered significant attention in recent years for their environmental friendliness and sustainability, particularly in the field of forest pest control. This study focuses on typical forest ecosystems in China, systematically evaluating the application effects of various biological pesticides on major forest pests. By integrating field experiments with laboratory analyses, representative biological pesticides such as Bacillus thuringiensis, Beauveria bassiana, and matrine were selected to conduct control trials targeting common pests like pine caterpillars and gypsy moths. The results demonstrate that these biological pesticides exhibit significant inhibitory effects on target pests, with Beauveria bassiana achieving a mortality rate of over 85% against pine caterpillars while exerting minimal impact on non-target organisms. Additionally, differences exist in the mechanisms of action and persistence among different types of biological pesticides, necessitating the selection of appropriate agents based on specific pest species and ecological conditions. Innovatively, this study proposes an optimized application strategy for biological pesticides based on pest life history and population dynamics, providing crucial references for enhancing green pest management in forests. Furthermore, the study highlights the environmental advantages of biological pesticides compared to traditional chemical pesticides, laying a theoretical foundation for their broader application in forestry production.Key words:Biological Pesticide; Forest Pest Control; Beauveria Bassiana; Bacillus Thuringiensis; Green Control Strategy
