摘 要
空间叙事理论作为一种新兴的叙事研究范式，近年来在数字媒介语境下展现出重要价值。本研究以网络小说为切入点，探讨空间叙事理论在网络文学创作中的创新实践及其局限性，旨在揭示该理论对网络小说叙事结构和读者体验的影响，并为其未来发展提供理论支持与实践指导。研究采用文本分析法与案例研究法相结合的方式，选取具有代表性的网络小说作品进行深入剖析，从空间建构、情节组织及角色互动等维度考察空间叙事的具体应用。研究发现，网络小说通过虚拟空间的构建突破了传统线性叙事的限制，实现了多维叙事结构的创新，同时借助交互性技术增强了读者的沉浸感与参与感。然而，这种创新也面临叙事逻辑碎片化、空间表达同质化以及技术依赖性强等问题。本研究的贡献在于首次系统地将空间叙事理论应用于网络小说领域，明确了其在数字时代叙事变革中的独特作用，同时也指出了其潜在局限性，为后续研究提供了新的视角与方向。

Innovative Practices and Limitations of Spatial Narrative Theory in Web Novels

Abstract
Spatial narrative theory, as an emerging paradigm in narrative studies, has demonstrated significant value in the context of digital media in recent years. This study takes online novels as a starting point to explore the innovative practices and limitations of spatial narrative theory in the creation of online literature, aiming to reveal its impact on the narrative structure of online novels and reader experience while providing theoretical support and practical guidance for its future development. By combining textual analysis with case study methods, this research conducts an in-depth analysis of representative works of online novels, examining the specific application of spatial narratives from dimensions such as spatial construction, plot organization, and character interaction. The findings indicate that online novels break through the constraints of traditional linear narratives by constructing virtual spaces, achieving innovations in multi-dimensional narrative structures, and enhancing readers' immersion and participation through interactive technologies. However, this innovation also encounters issues such as fragmented narrative logic, homogenized spatial ex pression, and strong reliance on technology. The contribution of this study lies in systematically applying spatial narrative theory to the field of online novels for the first time, clarifying its unique role in narrative transformations in the digital era, while also pointing out its potential limitations and providing new perspectives and directions for subsequent research.
