摘 要
工程造价管理作为工程项目全生命周期中的关键环节,其复杂性和不确定性对项目目标的实现构成重要挑战。为有效应对工程造价风险,本文基于敏感性分析方法,系统研究了工程造价风险的识别、量化与应对策略。研究以工程造价的主要影响因素为切入点,通过构建数学模型并结合实际案例数据,深入分析各因素对造价结果的敏感程度。在此基础上,提出了基于敏感性排序的风险优先级评估方法,并设计了针对性的风险应对措施。研究发现,材料价格波动、人工成本变化及工期延误是影响工程造价的核心敏感因素,且这些因素之间存在显著的交互作用。本文创新性地将敏感性分析与多因素交互效应相结合,为工程造价风险管理提供了科学依据和操作指南。研究成果不仅有助于提升工程造价预测的准确性,还能够优化资源配置,降低项目实施过程中的不确定性风险,从而为工程项目的成功实施提供有力支持。此外,本文提出的框架具有较强的普适性和可扩展性,可为其他相关领域的风险管理研究提供参考借鉴。

ABSTRACT
Engineering cost management, as a critical component throughout the entire lifecycle of engineering projects, poses significant challenges to achieving project ob jectives due to its complexity and uncertainty. To effectively address cost risks, this study systematically investigates the identification, quantification, and mitigation strategies for engineering cost risks based on sensitivity analysis methods. By focusing on the primary influencing factors of engineering costs, a mathematical model is constructed and combined with real-world case data to analyze the sensitivity of each factor to cost outcomes. On this basis, a risk priority evaluation method based on sensitivity ranking is proposed, along with targeted risk response measures. The findings reveal that fluctuations in material prices, changes in labor costs, and project delays are core sensitive factors affecting engineering costs, with significant interactions among these factors. This study innovatively integrates sensitivity analysis with multi-factor interaction effects, providing a scientific basis and operational guidance for engineering cost risk management. The research not only enhances the accuracy of cost prediction but also optimizes resource allocation and reduces uncertainties during project implementation, thereby supporting the successful execution of engineering projects. Moreover, the fr amework proposed in this study exhibits strong versatility and extensibility, offering valuable reference for risk management research in other related fields.
