摘 要
随着全球城市化进程的加速和资源环境压力的加剧,土地利用动态监测已成为自然资源管理与可持续发展研究的重要领域。遥感技术凭借其覆盖范围广、更新频率高和信息丰富的特点,在土地利用变化监测中展现出独特优势。本研究旨在探索遥感影像在土地利用动态监测中的应用潜力,通过结合多源遥感数据与先进的图像处理算法,构建一套高效、精准的土地利用变化监测方法体系。研究选取典型区域作为实验区,采用高分辨率遥感影像和长时间序列数据,运用分类算法(如随机森林和支持向量机)及变化检测技术,对土地利用类型及其时空演变特征进行定量分析。结果表明,所提出的方法能够有效识别土地利用变化的热点区域,并准确提取变化信息,整体分类精度达到92%以上。此外,研究创新性地引入深度学习模型优化变化检测流程,显著提升了复杂场景下的监测效率与精度。研究结论为土地资源管理政策制定提供了科学依据,同时验证了遥感技术在动态监测领域的适用性和可靠性,为未来相关研究奠定了坚实基础。

ABSTRACT
With the acceleration of global urbanization and the intensification of resource and environmental pressures, land use dynamic monitoring has become a critical area in natural resources management and sustainable development research. Remote sensing technology, characterized by its extensive coverage, high update frequency, and rich information content, demonstrates unique advantages in land use change monitoring. This study aims to explore the application potential of remote sensing imagery in land use dynamic monitoring by integrating multi-source remote sensing data with advanced image processing algorithms to develop an efficient and precise methodology for land use change detection. A typical region was selected as the experimental area, where high-resolution remote sensing images and long-time-series data were utilized. Classification algorithms, such as random forest and support vector machines, along with change detection techniques, were employed to conduct quantitative analyses of land use types and their spatiotemporal evolution characteristics. The results indicate that the proposed method can effectively identify hotspot areas of land use changes and accurately extract change information, achieving an overall classification accuracy of over 92%. Furthermore, this study innovatively incorporates deep learning models to optimize the change detection process, significantly enhancing monitoring efficiency and accuracy in complex scenarios. The conclusions provide scientific evidence for the formulation of land resource management policies, while also validating the applicability and reliability of remote sensing technology in dynamic monitoring, thus laying a solid foundation for future related research.
