随着城市化进程的加速,历史文化街区面临着保护与发展的双重挑战,传统保护手段在信息集成和动态管理方面存在不足,而三维地理信息模型为解决这一问题提供了新思路本研究以历史文化街区保护为背景,旨在探索三维地理信息模型在文化遗产保护中的应用潜力通过构建高精度三维地理信息系统,融合遥感、激光扫描和GIS技术,实现对街区空间形态、建筑结构及历史环境的全方位数字化记录研究选取典型历史文化街区作为案例,采用数据采集、建模分析和模拟评估相结合的方法,系统评估了模型在遗产监测、规划决策和公众参与中的实际效果结果表明,三维地理信息模型能够显著提升街区保护工作的科学性和效率,特别是在动态监测和虚拟重建方面展现出独特优势本研究的创新点在于首次将多源异构数据整合于统一平台,并提出基于时空分析的保护策略优化方法,为类似区域的保护实践提供了可借鉴的技术框架和理论支持最终结论是,三维地理信息模型不仅有助于文化遗产的精准保护,还能促进文化价值的传播与共享,具有重要的学术意义和应用价值

ABSTRACT

With the acceleration of urbanization, historical and cultural blocks are facing dual challenges of preservation and development. Traditional conservation methods exhibit limitations in information integration and dynamic management. In this context, three-dimensional geographic information modeling offers a novel approach to addressing these issues. This study, set against the backdrop of the preservation of historical and cultural blocks, aims to explore the application potential of 3D geographic information models in cultural heritage conservation. By constructing a high-precision 3D geographic information system that integrates remote sensing, laser scanning, and GIS technologies, this research achieves comprehensive digital documentation of the spatial morphology, architectural structures, and historical environments of the blocks. A typical historical and cultural block was selected as a case study, employing a combined methodology of data collection, modeling analysis, and simulation evaluation to systematically assess the practical effects of the model in heritage monitoring, planning decision-making, and public participation. The results indicate that 3D geographic information models can significantly enhance the scientific rigor and efficiency of block preservation efforts, particularly demonstrating unique advantages in dynamic monitoring and virtual reconstruction. The innovation of this study lies in its first-time integration of multi-source heterogeneous data into a unified platform and the proposal of a protection strategy optimization method based on spatiotemporal analysis, providing a replicable technical fr amework and theoretical support for conservation practices in similar areas. Ultimately, it is concluded that 3D geographic information models not only contribute to the precise preservation of cultural heritage but also facilitate the dissemination and sharing of cultural values, holding significant academic implications and application value.
