摘 要
随着全球资源短缺和环境污染问题日益严峻,固体废弃物的综合利用已成为实现可持续发展的重要途径。本研究基于循环经济理念,旨在探索一种高效、环保的固体废弃物综合利用模式,以减少资源浪费并提升经济效益。通过文献分析与案例研究相结合的方法,系统梳理了国内外固体废弃物管理的现状及不足,并结合循环经济的核心原则,提出了“分级利用、协同处置”的创新模式。该模式强调根据废弃物特性进行分类处理,同时整合多源废弃物资源,构建跨行业协作网络。研究结果表明,这一模式能够显著提高固体废弃物的资源化利用率,降低环境负担,并为相关企业带来可观的经济收益。此外,本研究还开发了一套适用于模式实施的评估指标体系,为实际应用提供了科学依据。总体而言,本研究不仅深化了对循环经济理论的理解,还为固体废弃物管理实践提供了可操作性强的解决方案,其创新点在于将循环经济理念与具体产业需求紧密结合,从而推动资源高效循环利用与绿色经济发展。

ABSTRACT
With the increasing severity of global resource shortages and environmental pollution, the comprehensive utilization of solid waste has become a crucial approach to achieving sustainable development. This study, grounded in the concept of circular economy, aims to explore an efficient and environmentally friendly model for the integrated utilization of solid waste to reduce resource wastage and enhance economic benefits. By employing a combination of literature analysis and case studies, this research systematically reviews the current status and deficiencies of solid waste management both domestically and internationally. In alignment with the core principles of the circular economy, an innovative model characterized by "tiered utilization and collaborative treatment" is proposed. This model emphasizes the classification of waste based on its properties, while integrating multi-source waste resources to construct a cross-industry collaboration network. The findings indicate that this model can significantly improve the resource utilization rate of solid waste, reduce environmental burdens, and generate substantial economic returns for related enterprises. Furthermore, this study develops an evaluation indicator system applicable to the implementation of the model, providing a scientific basis for practical applications. Overall, this research not only deepens the understanding of circular economy theory but also offers a highly operational solution for solid waste management practices. Its innovation lies in the close integration of circular economy concepts with specific industrial needs, thereby promoting the efficient circulation and utilization of resources as well as green economic development.
