摘 要
电力行业是国家国民经济的支柱行业,是促进国家经济和社会发展的主要力量。近几年,输变电工程建设迅速发展,但其规模大、影响因素多、不确定因素多,给输变电建设带来了负面影响。在我国电网建设中,由于输变电建设的投入越来越多,因此,如何加强对其建设的管理,特别是对其进行风险控制,以有效地减少整个输变电项目的投资风险,已是目前电力行业中的一个重要问题。
本论文主要围绕输变电力建设项目的危险评价和控制问题展开论述。首先,本文阐述了电力系统安全评价与控制的背景及意义,阐述了电力系统安全评价与控制的国内外研究状况,并对其工作的基本框架作了简单的阐述。其次,本文首先对电力系统中的电力系统的风险进行了分析,并结合已有的几种主要的风险辨识技术,建立了相应的风险辨识模式。本文在分析电力系统的基础上,结合电力系统的特点,建立了电力系统的综合评价模型,并给出了一种新的评价模型。在此基础上,结合我国电力系统的具体实例,对其进行了分析,对其进行了评价,并给出了相应的控制策略。

Abstract
The power industry is the pillar industry of the national economy and the main force to promote the national economic and social development. In recent years, the construction of power transmission and transformation projects has developed rapidly, but its large scale, many influencing factors and many uncertain factors have brought negative impacts on the construction of power transmission and transformation. In China's power grid construction, due to the increasing investment in power transmission and transformation construction, how to strengthen the management of its construction, especially its risk control, in order to effectively reduce the investment risk of the entire power transmission and transformation project has become an important issue in the current power industry.
This paper mainly discusses the risk assessment and control of power transmission and transformation projects. First of all, this paper describes the background and significance of power system security evaluation and control, describes the research status of power system security evaluation and control at home and abroad, and briefly describes the basic fr amework of its work. Secondly, this paper firstly analyzes the risk of power system in power system, and establishes the corresponding risk identification model combining with several existing main risk identification technologies. Based on the analysis of power system and the characteristics of power system, this paper establishes a comprehensive evaluation model of power system and gives a new evaluation model. On this basis, combined with the specific example of China's power system, it is analyzed, evaluated, and the corresponding control strategy is given.
