摘 要
在对温州电力公司进行风险管理的基础上,结合电力行业的实际,对其进行了调研、评价,并对其进行了评价;从更多的视角和管理学视角出发,构建了一个矩阵式的危险因素问卷。鉴于量化研究中的专家人数偏少,根据专家的专业领域和工作经历,采取了基于专家评判和工作资历相结合的专家权值来决定其价值。专家的资格是根据专家的工作年限、工作年限和项目的数目来确定的。采用危险等级评分法对电力工程项目进行了调查,并对其各个管理期的各类危险因素进行了辨识与评价。根据专家的权数,对各个危险因素进行了危险程度划分。通过对工程的寿命和风险类型的分析,分析了评估的效果。将危险的数值从水平(危险类别)和垂直(寿命期)相加,以更好的显示出各主要危险因素(电力工程施工、线路安装工程施工、土地征收和政策的实施)和关键(费用、工期和技术规范)。

Abstract
