传感器技术在农业机械设备故障诊断中的应用

随着现代农业机械设备的复杂性不断增加,故障诊断的准确性和效率成为保障农业生产的关键因素。传感器技术凭借其高灵敏度和实时监测能力,逐渐成为农业机械设备故障诊断的重要工具。本研究旨在探讨传感器技术在农业机械设备故障诊断中的应用,通过集成多种传感器(如振动传感器、温度传感器和压力传感器)构建了一个多参数监测系统。研究首先分析了不同类型传感器的工作原理及其在农业机械设备中的适用性,随后设计并实现了基于物联网的实时数据采集与处理平台。实验结果表明,该系统能够有效识别发动机、液压系统和传动系统的常见故障,准确率达到92%以上。与传统的人工巡检方法相比,该系统显著提高了故障诊断的效率和精度,减少了设备停机时间。此外,研究还发现,通过机器学习算法对传感器数据进行分析,可以进一步提高故障预测的准确性。

APPLICATION OF SENSOR TECHNOLOGY IN FAULT DIAGNOSIS OF AGRICULTURAL MACHINERY EQUIPMENT

ABSTRACT
With the increasing complexity of modern agricultural machinery and equipment, the accuracy and efficiency of fault diagnosis have become the key factor to guarantee agricultural production. With its high sensitivity and real-time monitoring ability, sensor technology has gradually become an important tool for agricultural machinery and equipment fault diagnosis. The purpose of this study is to explore the application of sensor technology in fault diagnosis of agricultural mechanical equipment, and a multi-parameter monitoring system is constructed by integrating multiple sensors (e. g., vibration sensor, temperature sensor and pressure sensor). The study first analyzes the working principle of different types of sensors and their applicability in agricultural machinery and equipment, and then designs and realizes the real-time data acquisition and processing platform based on the Internet of Things. The experimental results show that the system can effectively identify the common faults of engine, hydraulic system and transmission system, with the accuracy of more than 92%. Compared with the traditional manual inspection method, the system significantly improves the efficiency and accuracy of fault diagnosis and reduces the equipment downtime. Moreover, it is also found that the analysis of sensor data by machine learning algorithm can further improve the accuracy of fault prediction.
