摘 要
城市化进程的加速导致城市雨水排水系统面临日益严峻的挑战,包括极端天气频发、城市内涝风险加剧以及生态环境压力增大等问题。为应对这些挑战,本研究旨在优化城市雨水排水系统的规划设计与管理策略,以提高其适应性和可持续性。研究采用多学科交叉方法,结合水文学、工程学和环境科学理论,构建了基于情景模拟和动态优化的雨水排水系统评估模型,并引入智能算法对系统运行进行实时调控。通过案例分析,研究验证了优化设计在提升排水效率、减少洪涝灾害损失及改善水环境质量方面的显著效果。此外,研究提出了综合考虑经济成本、环境效益和社会影响的管理框架,为决策者提供科学依据。创新点在于将韧性理念融入系统设计,同时开发了适用于复杂城市环境的智能化管理工具。研究成果不仅为城市雨水排水系统的升级改造提供了技术支撑,还为实现城市水循环的可持续管理贡献了新思路。

ABSTRACT
The accelerating urbanization process has posed increasingly severe challenges to urban stormwater drainage systems, including the frequent occurrence of extreme weather, the exacerbation of urban flooding risks, and the intensification of ecological and environmental pressures. To address these challenges, this study focuses on optimizing the planning, design, and management strategies of urban stormwater drainage systems to enhance their adaptability and sustainability. A multidisciplinary approach integrating hydrology, engineering, and environmental science was adopted to develop an evaluation model for stormwater drainage systems based on scenario simulation and dynamic optimization. Additionally, intelligent algorithms were introduced to enable real-time regulation of system operations. Through case analysis, the study demonstrated the significant effects of the optimized design in improving drainage efficiency, reducing flood damage, and enhancing water environmental quality. Furthermore, a management fr amework was proposed that comprehensively considers economic costs, environmental benefits, and social impacts, providing scientific support for decision-makers. The innovation of this research lies in incorporating resilience concepts into system design and developing intelligent management tools suitable for complex urban environments. The findings not only offer technical support for the upgrading and transformation of urban stormwater drainage systems but also contribute new perspectives to achieving sustainable management of the urban water cycle.
