随着建筑工业化进程的加快,装配式建筑因其高效、环保和可持续发展的优势受到广泛关注,但其给排水系统的设计与施工技术仍面临诸多挑战。本研究旨在针对装配式建筑中给排水系统的特殊性,探索优化设计方法与施工技术,以提高系统性能并降低施工难度。通过文献分析、理论建模和工程实践相结合的研究方法,本文首先梳理了装配式建筑给排水系统的关键技术问题,包括管道连接方式、模块化设计原则以及预制构件与现场安装的协调性。随后,基于实际工程项目数据,提出了适用于装配式建筑的模块化给排水设计方案,并开发了一种新型柔性连接技术,有效解决了传统刚性连接在振动和热胀冷缩条件下的可靠性问题。此外,研究还引入BIM技术进行全过程模拟与优化,显著提升了设计精度和施工效率。结果表明,所提出的方案能够减少现场施工时间约30%,同时降低漏水风险和后期维护成本。本研究的主要创新点在于将模块化设计理念与柔性连接技术相结合,为装配式建筑给排水系统提供了系统化的解决方案,为推动建筑工业化的进一步发展奠定了技术基础。研究成果对相关领域的工程实践具有重要参考价值。

ABSTRACT

With the accelerating process of building industrialization, prefabricated architecture has attracted extensive attention due to its advantages of efficiency, environmental friendliness, and sustainability. However, the design and construction technology of its water supply and drainage systems still face numerous challenges. This study aims to explore optimized design methods and construction technologies for water supply and drainage systems in prefabricated buildings by addressing their specific characteristics, thereby enhancing system performance and reducing construction complexity. By integrating literature analysis, theoretical modeling, and engineering practice, this paper first identifies key technical issues in the water supply and drainage systems of prefabricated buildings, including pipe connection methods, modular design principles, and the coordination between prefabricated components and on-site installation. Subsequently, based on real project data, a modular water supply and drainage design scheme tailored for prefabricated buildings is proposed, along with the development of a novel flexible connection technology that effectively resolves reliability issues associated with traditional rigid connections under conditions of vibration and thermal expansion/contraction. Furthermore, BIM technology is introduced for full-process simulation and optimization, significantly improving design accuracy and construction efficiency. The results indicate that the proposed scheme can reduce on-site construction time by approximately 30%, while also lowering the risk of leaks and maintenance costs. The primary innovation of this research lies in the integration of modular design concepts with flexible connection technology, offering a systematic solution for water supply and drainage systems in prefabricated buildings and laying a technical foundation for further advancements in building industrialization. The findings of this study provide significant reference value for engineering practices in related fields.
