摘 要
随着城市化进程的加快,住宅小区的给排水系统面临日益复杂的水质安全保障挑战,传统管理模式已难以满足现代居民对饮用水和生活用水质量的高要求。本研究以住宅小区给排水系统为对象,深入探讨水质安全保障措施的设计与实施,旨在提升系统的运行效率和水质稳定性。研究采用理论分析与实证研究相结合的方法,通过构建水质监测模型、优化管道材料选择策略以及引入智能化管理技术,系统评估了不同保障措施的实际效果。结果表明,基于物联网技术的实时监测系统能够显著提高水质异常的预警能力,而新型抗菌管道材料的应用有效降低了二次污染的风险。此外,通过优化水力条件和定期清洗维护,管网中的余氯分布更加均匀,进一步提升了水质的安全性。本研究的创新点在于将智能化技术和新材料引入传统给排水系统,并提出了一套综合性的水质安全保障方案,为住宅小区的可持续发展提供了重要参考。研究成果不仅为相关工程设计提供了科学依据,也为未来智慧水务的发展奠定了基础。

ABSTRACT
With the accelerating urbanization process, the water supply and drainage systems in residential communities are facing increasingly complex challenges in ensuring water quality safety, and traditional management models can no longer meet the high demands of modern residents for drinking water and domestic water quality. This study focuses on the water supply and drainage systems in residential communities, exploring the design and implementation of water quality safety assurance measures to enhance the operational efficiency and water quality stability of the system. By integrating theoretical analysis with empirical research, this study evaluates the practical effects of various assurance measures through the construction of water quality monitoring models, optimization of pipeline material selection strategies, and the introduction of intelligent management technologies. The results indicate that real-time monitoring systems based on Internet of Things (IoT) technology can significantly improve the early warning capability for water quality anomalies, while the application of novel antibacterial pipeline materials effectively reduces the risk of secondary pollution. Moreover, by optimizing hydraulic conditions and conducting regular cleaning and maintenance, the distribution of residual chlorine in the pipeline network becomes more uniform, further enhancing water quality safety. The innovation of this study lies in the integration of intelligent technologies and new materials into traditional water supply and drainage systems, proposing a comprehensive water quality safety assurance scheme that provides significant reference for the sustainable development of residential communities. The research findings not only offer a scientific basis for relevant engineering designs but also lay a foundation for the future development of smart water utilities.
