摘 要
自密实混凝土作为一种高性能混凝土材料,近年来在水利工程中的应用日益广泛。本研究以提升水利工程中混凝土施工效率和质量为目标,系统探讨了自密实混凝土的配制技术、施工工艺及其质量控制方法。通过实验室试验与工程实践相结合的方式,研究分析了不同原材料特性、配合比设计及外加剂种类对自密实混凝土流变性能的影响,并结合实际工程案例验证了其在复杂结构环境下的适应性。结果表明,优化后的自密实混凝土不仅具备良好的流动性、抗分离性和填充能力,还能显著减少振捣工序,提高施工效率。此外,针对水利工程中特殊工况的质量控制需求,提出了基于实时监测和反馈调整的全过程质量控制体系,有效降低了施工过程中的性能波动。本研究的创新点在于首次将智能化监测技术引入自密实混凝土施工过程,实现了关键性能参数的动态调控,为水利工程中自密实混凝土的大规模应用提供了理论支持和技术保障。研究成果对于推动自密实混凝土技术在水利行业的规范化应用具有重要意义,同时为类似工程提供了可借鉴的技术方案和实践经验。

ABSTRACT
Self-compacting concrete (SCC), as a type of high-performance concrete material, has been increasingly applied in hydraulic engineering in recent years. This study aims to enhance the efficiency and quality of concrete construction in hydraulic projects by systematically investigating the formulation technology, construction techniques, and quality control methods of SCC. Through a combination of laboratory experiments and engineering practices, the influence of different raw material characteristics, mix proportion design, and admixture types on the rheological properties of SCC was analyzed. The adaptability of SCC under complex structural conditions was further validated through actual engineering cases. Results indicate that the optimized SCC not only exhibits excellent flowability, anti-segregation properties, and filling capacity but also significantly reduces vibration procedures, thereby improving construction efficiency. Moreover, in response to the specific quality control requirements of special working conditions in hydraulic engineering, a full-process quality control system based on real-time monitoring and feedback adjustment was proposed, effectively reducing performance fluctuations during construction. An innovation of this study lies in the first introduction of intelligent monitoring technology into the construction process of SCC, enabling dynamic regulation of key performance parameters and providing theoretical support and technical assurance for large-scale application of SCC in hydraulic engineering. The research findings are of great significance in promoting the standardized application of SCC technology in the hydraulic industry and offer referable technical solutions and practical experiences for similar projects.
