摘 要
钢筋混凝土结构在现代土木工程中占据重要地位,其裂缝控制是确保耐久性和安全性的重要环节。为深入研究不同钢筋直径对裂缝宽度和间距的影响,本文以钢筋混凝土梁为研究对象,通过理论分析与试验研究相结合的方法,系统探讨了钢筋直径变化对裂缝行为的作用机制。研究选取了多种典型钢筋直径,并结合配筋率、加载方式等因素,设计了一系列单点加载弯曲试验。通过对试件的裂缝分布、宽度及间距进行精确测量与统计分析,发现随着钢筋直径的增大,在相同配筋率条件下,裂缝间距呈现减小趋势,但裂缝宽度略有增加。此外,研究还引入了改进的裂缝预测模型,该模型综合考虑了钢筋直径、粘结滑移效应及混凝土材料特性,显著提高了预测精度。研究表明,合理选择钢筋直径可有效优化裂缝分布特性,从而提升结构性能。本文的研究成果为钢筋混凝土结构的设计提供了科学依据,特别是在精细化裂缝控制方面具有重要的工程应用价值,同时为相关规范的修订和完善提供了参考。

ABSTRACT
Reinforced concrete structures play a crucial role in modern civil engineering, and crack control is an essential aspect for ensuring their durability and safety. To investigate the influence of different reinforcement bar diameters on crack width and spacing, this study focuses on reinforced concrete beams as the research ob ject, employing a combination of theoretical analysis and experimental investigation to systematically explore the mechanisms by which variations in bar diameter affect crack behavior. A series of point-loading bending tests were designed using multiple typical bar diameters while considering factors such as reinforcement ratio and loading methods. Through precise measurements and statistical analyses of crack distribution, width, and spacing in the specimens, it was found that, under the same reinforcement ratio, crack spacing tends to decrease with increasing bar diameter, whereas crack width slightly increases. Additionally, an improved crack prediction model was introduced, which comprehensively accounts for bar diameter, bond-slip effects, and material properties of concrete, significantly enhancing prediction accuracy. The study demonstrates that appropriately selecting reinforcement bar diameter can effectively optimize crack distribution characteristics, thereby improving structural performance. The findings provide a scientific basis for the design of reinforced concrete structures, particularly in the context of refined crack control, and offer valuable references for revising and perfecting relevant standards.
