摘 要
随着全球人口老龄化加剧，老年糖尿病患者数量持续增长，其用药依从性问题已成为影响疾病管理效果的重要因素之一为此，本研究旨在系统分析老年糖尿病患者用药依从性的影响因素，并探索提升依从性的潜在策略研究采用横断面调查方法，选取某三甲医院内分泌科300名老年糖尿病患者为研究对象，通过自编问卷收集患者基本信息、用药行为及社会心理因素数据统计分析显示，患者的用药依从性受多方面因素共同作用，包括年龄、文化程度、经济状况、药物副作用感知以及家庭支持水平等其中，家庭支持与患者用药依从性呈显著正相关，而药物副作用感知则对其产生显著负向影响本研究创新性地引入社会心理因素作为分析维度，揭示了家庭支持在改善老年糖尿病患者用药依从性中的关键作用，为制定个性化干预措施提供了理论依据最终建议从强化家庭支持、优化医患沟通及简化用药方案等方面入手，全面提升老年糖尿病患者的用药依从性水平关键词：老年糖尿病患者; 用药依从性; 家庭支持
Abstract
With the intensification of global population aging, the number of elderly patients with diabetes continues to grow, and medication adherence has become one of the critical factors affecting disease management outcomes. This study aims to systematically analyze the influencing factors of medication adherence among elderly diabetic patients and explore potential strategies to improve adherence. A cross-sectional survey method was employed, selecting 300 elderly diabetic patients from the endocrinology department of a tertiary hospital as research subjects. Data on patient demographics, medication behaviors, and socio-psychological factors were collected using a self-compiled questionnaire. Statistical analysis revealed that medication adherence is influenced by multiple factors, including age, educational level, economic status, perception of drug side effects, and the level of family support. Notably, family support exhibited a significantly positive correlation with medication adherence, whereas the perception of drug side effects had a significant negative impact. This study innovatively incorporates socio-psychological factors as an analytical dimension, highlighting the crucial role of family support in enhancing medication adherence among elderly diabetic patients, thus providing a theoretical basis for personalized intervention measures. Ultimately, it is recommended to comprehensively improve medication adherence levels among elderly diabetic patients by strengthening family support, optimizing doctor-patient communication, and simplifying medication regimens.
