环境技术专利布局与产业竞争力提升策略研究






摘  要

  随着全球环境问题日益严峻,绿色技术创新成为推动可持续发展的重要驱动力,而专利布局作为保护和利用技术成果的核心手段,在提升产业竞争力方面具有关键作用。本研究以环境技术专利为切入点,旨在探讨专利布局与产业竞争力之间的内在联系,并提出针对性的提升策略。专利布局的优化能够显著增强企业的市场控制力和技术话语权,而区域协同创新和政策支持则是提升产业整体竞争力的关键因素。本研究的创新点在于首次将专利计量分析与产业竞争力评价体系相融合,揭示了专利布局对产业链上下游的影响机制,并提出了基于技术集群的差异化专利战略框架。研究成果为政府制定相关政策、企业优化专利布局以及行业提升国际竞争力提供了重要参考。

Abstract

  With the increasingly severe global environmental problems, green technology innovation has become an important driving force to promote sustainable development, and patent layout, as the core means to protect and utilize technological achievements, plays a key role in enhancing industrial competitiveness. This study takes environmental technology patents as the starting point, aims to explore the internal relationship between patent layout and industrial competitiveness, and put forward targeted promotion strategies. The optimization of patent layout can significantly enhance the market control and technological discourse power of enterprises, and regional collaborative innovation and policy support are key factors to enhance the overall competitiveness of the industry. The innovation of this study is that it integrates the patent econometric analysis with the industrial competitiveness evaluation system for the first time, reveals the mechanism of the influence of patent distribution on the upstream and downstream of the industrial chain, and puts forward the strategic fr amework of differentiated patent based on technology clusters. The research results provide an important reference for the government to formulate relevant policies, enterprises to optimize patent layout and the industry to enhance international competitiveness.
