摘 要
随着全球可持续发展理念的深入推广，产业园区作为经济发展的核心载体，其绿色转型已成为实现低碳经济和生态文明建设的重要路径。然而，当前产业园区在绿色转型过程中面临多重障碍，包括技术瓶颈、政策协同不足、资金短缺以及利益相关方协作困难等问题。技术升级与创新是推动绿色转型的核心动力，而政策支持体系的完善和多方协作机制的建立则是保障转型成功的关键因素。此外，研究创新性地提出了基于“技术-政策-协作”三维视角的综合解决方案，为产业园区绿色转型提供了理论支撑与实践指导。本研究的主要贡献在于明确了绿色转型的障碍成因及其内在关联，并为相关政策制定和技术应用提供了科学依据，有助于提升产业园区的可持续发展能力，促进区域经济与环境的协调发展。

Abstract
With the in-depth promotion of the concept of global sustainable development, industrial parks, as the core carrier of economic development, have become an important path to achieve low-carbon economy and ecological civilization construction. However, industrial parks currently face multiple obstacles in the process of green transformation, including technical bottlenecks, insufficient policy coordination, shortage of funds, and difficulties in stakeholder collaboration. Technology upgrading and innovation are the core driving force to promote green transformation, and the improvement of policy support system and the establishment of multi-party cooperation mechanism are the key factors to ensure the success of transformation. In addition, the research innovatively proposes a comprehensive solution based on the three-dimensional perspective of "technology-policy-collaboration", which provides theoretical support and practical guidance for the green transformation of industrial parks. The main contribution of this study is to clarify the causes of obstacles to green transformation and their internal relations, and provide scientific basis for relevant policy formulation and technology application, which is conducive to improving the sustainable development ability of industrial parks and promoting the coordinated development of regional economy and environment.
