摘 要
项目管理在现代企业运营中扮演着至关重要的角色,而资源优化配置作为其核心环节,直接影响项目的效率与成功率。本研究基于当前项目管理中资源分配存在的低效性与不平衡性问题,旨在探索一种科学、系统的资源配置方法以提升项目整体绩效。通过构建多目标优化模型,并结合智能算法进行求解,本研究提出了一种动态资源分配策略,能够有效应对复杂项目环境下的不确定性。研究结果表明,该策略不仅显著提高了资源利用率,还大幅缩短了项目周期,同时降低了成本风险。此外,本研究创新性地引入了实时数据反馈机制,使资源配置更具灵活性和适应性。这一成果为项目管理理论提供了新的视角,也为实践者优化资源配置提供了有力工具,对推动项目管理领域的技术进步具有重要意义。

Abstract
Project management plays a critical role in modern enterprise operations, and resource optimization as its core component directly affects the efficiency and success rate of projects. This study addresses the inefficiency and imbalance issues in resource allocation within current project management practices by exploring a scientific and systematic approach to enhance overall project performance. By constructing a multi-ob jective optimization model and solving it with intelligent algorithms, this research proposes a dynamic resource allocation strategy capable of effectively handling uncertainties in complex project environments. The findings indicate that this strategy not only significantly improves resource utilization but also substantially reduces project duration while mitigating cost risks. Additionally, this study innovatively incorporates a real-time data feedback mechanism, enhancing the flexibility and adaptability of resource allocation. This contribution offers a new perspective to project management theory and provides practitioners with a powerful tool for optimizing resource allocation, demonstrating significant implications for advancing technical progress in the field of project management.
