  乡村小学教师的职业幸福感是教育质量提升和乡村振兴战略的重要基础,然而当前该群体面临诸多职业困境,亟需深入探讨其影响因素及改善路径。本研究旨在系统分析乡村小学教师职业幸福感的影响因素,并提出针对性的提升策略。教师的职业幸福感受到工作压力、薪资待遇、社会认可度、专业发展机会以及学校管理方式等多重因素的影响,其中社会支持和专业成长对职业幸福感具有显著正向作用。基于此,本文提出通过优化薪酬体系、加强心理支持、完善培训机制以及构建积极的学校文化来提升乡村教师的职业幸福感。研究创新点在于将社会生态系统理论引入分析框架,强调多维度干预的重要性,为相关政策制定提供了科学依据。研究成果不仅有助于改善乡村教师的工作环境,还为促进城乡教育均衡发展提供了重要参考。

Abstract

  The career happiness of rural primary school teachers is an important basis for the improvement of education quality and the strategy of rural revitalization. However, this group is faced with many career difficulties at present, and it is urgent to deeply explore its influencing factors and improvement ways. The purpose of this study is to systematically analyze the influencing factors of rural primary school teachers' career happiness, and put forward targeted improvement strategies. Teachers' career happiness is affected by multiple factors, such as work pressure, salary, social recognition, professional development opportunity and school management style, among which social support and professional growth have a significant positive effect on career happiness. Based on this, this paper proposes to improve the professional happiness of rural teachers by optimizing the salary system, strengthening psychological support, improving the training mechanism and building a positive school culture. The innovation of the research is to introduce the social ecosystem theory into the analytical fr amework, emphasize the importance of multi-dimensional intervention, and provide a scientific basis for relevant policy formulation. The research results not only help to improve the working environment of rural teachers, but also provide an important reference for promoting the balanced development of urban and rural education.
