  教育叙事研究作为一种重要的质性研究方法,近年来在教师专业发展领域受到广泛关注。本研究以小学教师反思为切入点,探讨教育叙事研究在提升教师教学反思能力中的应用价值与实践路径。教育叙事能够有效促进教师从经验中提炼规律,深化对教学问题的理解,并通过故事化表达增强反思的针对性与实效性。此外,研究还揭示了教育叙事在激发教师情感共鸣、构建合作反思文化方面的独特作用。本研究的创新点在于将教育叙事与教师反思相结合,提出了“叙事—反思—改进”的循环模式,为小学教师的专业成长提供了新思路。研究结果表明,教育叙事不仅是一种研究工具,更是教师自我觉醒与持续发展的催化剂,其在教育教学改革中的潜在价值值得进一步挖掘。

Abstract

  As an important qualitative research method, educational narrative research has attracted wide attention in the field of teacher professional development in recent years. This study takes primary school teachers' reflection as the starting point to explore the application value and practice path of educational narrative research in improving teachers' teaching reflection ability. Educational narration can effectively promote teachers to extract rules from experience, deepen their understanding of teaching problems, and enhance the pertinence and effectiveness of reflection through story-based ex pression. In addition, the research also reveals the unique role of educational narratives in stimulating teachers' emotional resonance and building a culture of collaborative reflection. The innovation of this research lies in the combination of educational narrative and teacher reflection, and puts forward the cycle model of "narration-reflection - improvement", which provides a new idea for the professional growth of primary school teachers. The results show that educational narrative is not only a research tool, but also a catalyst for teachers' self-awakening and sustainable development, and its potential value in education and teaching reform is worthy of further exploration.
