  反思性教学作为促进教师专业成长的重要途径,近年来受到广泛关注。本研究基于当前小学教师在教育实践中面临的挑战与需求,探讨反思性教学对教师专业发展的具体作用。研究旨在通过系统分析反思性教学的实施路径及其效果,揭示其在提升教师教学能力、优化课堂管理以及增强教育理论与实践结合中的关键价值。反思性教学能够显著提高教师的教学敏感度与问题解决能力,同时有助于形成个性化教学风格,并推动教师从经验型向研究型转变。此外,研究还发现,建立支持性反思环境是确保反思性教学有效实施的核心要素。本研究的创新点在于将反思性教学与教师专业成长的具体维度相结合,提出了具有可操作性的实践框架,为小学教师的专业发展提供了新思路。研究成果不仅丰富了反思性教学的理论体系,也为教育管理者制定相关政策提供了参考依据。

The Role of Reflective Teaching in the Professional Development of Primary School Teachers

Abstract

  Reflective teaching, as an important way to promote teachers' professional growth, has been widely concerned in recent years. Based on the current challenges and needs of primary school teachers in educational practice, this study explores the specific role of reflective teaching in teacher professional development. This study aims to reveal the key value of reflective teaching in improving teachers' teaching ability, optimizing classroom management and enhancing the combination of educational theory and practice through a systematic analysis of the implementation path and its effect. Reflective teaching can significantly improve teachers' teaching sensitivity and problem-solving ability, and contribute to the formation of personalized teaching style, and promote teachers from experience-oriented to research-based transformation. In addition, the study found that the establishment of a supportive reflective environment is a core element in ensuring the effective implementation of reflective teaching. The innovation of this study is to combine reflective teaching with the specific dimension of teachers' professional growth, and put forward an operable practice fr amework, which provides a new idea for the professional development of primary school teachers. The research results not only enrich the theoretical system of reflective teaching, but also provide a reference for educational administrators to formulate relevant policies.
