摘 要
肝脏肿瘤的早期诊断对临床治疗和预后具有重要意义,而超声造影作为一种无创、实时成像技术,近年来在肝脏病变评估中展现出独特优势。本研究旨在探讨超声造影在肝脏肿瘤定性诊断中的应用价值,并通过对比增强模式与传统超声检查的效果,进一步优化诊断流程。研究选取120例疑似肝脏肿瘤患者,采用低机械指数超声造影技术进行动态观察,结合时间-强度曲线分析病变血流动力学特征。结果显示,超声造影能够清晰显示病灶微血管结构,显著提高小病灶及不典型病灶的检出率,其诊断敏感性、特异性和准确性分别达到93.5%、88.2%和91.7%,明显优于常规超声。此外,本研究首次提出基于增强模式的定量分析方法,为不同类型肝脏肿瘤的鉴别提供了客观依据。研究表明,超声造影不仅可作为肝脏肿瘤诊断的有效工具,还能为个体化治疗方案的选择提供重要参考,具有重要的临床推广价值。关键词:超声造影; 肝脏肿瘤; 定性诊断; 时间-强度曲线; 增强模式定量分析
Abstract
The early diagnosis of liver tumors plays a crucial role in clinical treatment and prognosis, and contrast-enhanced ultrasound, as a non-invasive and real-time imaging technique, has demonstrated unique advantages in the evaluation of liver lesions in recent years. This study aims to investigate the application value of contrast-enhanced ultrasound in the qualitative diagnosis of liver tumors and to further optimize the diagnostic process by comparing the effectiveness of enhanced patterns with traditional ultrasound examinations. A total of 120 patients suspected of having liver tumors were selected and dynamically observed using low mechanical index contrast-enhanced ultrasound technology, combined with time-intensity curve analysis to evaluate the hemodynamic characteristics of the lesions. The results showed that contrast-enhanced ultrasound can clearly display the microvascular structure of the lesion, significantly improving the detection rate of small and atypical lesions, with diagnostic sensitivity, specificity, and accuracy reaching 93.5%, 88.2%, and 91.7%, respectively, which are markedly superior to those of conventional ultrasound. Additionally, this study proposes a quantitative analysis method based on enhanced patterns for the first time, providing an ob jective basis for differentiating various types of liver tumors. The study demonstrates that contrast-enhanced ultrasound not only serves as an effective tool for diagnosing liver tumors but also provides important references for the selection of personalized treatment plans, highlighting its significant clinical promotion value.
