摘 要
随着信息技术的迅猛发展和数字经济的深入渗透，企业数字化转型已成为推动全球经济增长与产业升级的重要驱动力。然而，在这一过程中，数据安全风险日益凸显，成为制约企业转型成功的关键因素。本研究旨在系统分析企业数字化转型中面临的数据安全风险，并提出针对性的管理对策。通过文献综述、案例分析及问卷调查相结合的研究方法，本文对国内外相关理论与实践进行了深入探讨。研究发现，企业在数字化转型中主要面临技术漏洞、内部管理薄弱以及外部攻击等多重数据安全威胁，而这些风险往往源于数据治理机制不完善、员工安全意识不足以及技术防护能力有限等问题。

Abstract
With the rapid development of information technology and the deepening penetration of digital economy, the digital transformation of enterprises has become an important driving force to promote the global economic growth and industrial upgrading. However, in this process, data security risks are increasingly prominent, and become the key factor restricting the success of enterprise transformation. This study aims to systematically analyze the data security risks of enterprises in the digital transformation, and propose targeted management countermeasures. Through the research method of literature review, case analysis and questionnaire survey, this paper deeply discusses the relevant theories and practices at home and abroad. The study found that in the digital transformation, enterprises are mainly faced with multiple data security threats such as technical vulnerabilities, weak internal management and external attacks, and these risks are often due to problems such as imperfect data governance mechanism, lack of safety awareness of employees and limited technical protection ability.
