摘 要
随着数字经济的快速发展,电商平台在农产品上行中的作用日益凸显,为精准扶贫提供了新路径。本研究以中国农村贫困地区为背景,探讨电商平台如何通过优化供应链、提升市场对接效率和增强农户参与能力实现精准扶贫的目标。基于多区域实地调研数据,结合定量与定性分析方法,研究发现电商平台能够显著降低农产品流通成本,缩短交易链条,并通过品牌化运营提高产品附加值。此外,平台提供的技能培训和技术支持有效提升了农户的数字化素养,促进了其可持续发展能力的形成。创新点在于首次将平台经济理论与精准扶贫实践相结合,构建了“平台-农户-市场”三元互动模型,揭示了电商扶贫的内在机制。研究表明,电商平台不仅改善了贫困地区的收入水平,还推动了农业产业结构调整与升级。这一研究成果为政府制定精准脱贫政策及企业开展社会责任实践提供了重要参考,同时强调了数字技术在乡村振兴战略中的关键作用。

E-commerce Platforms' Precision Poverty Alleviation Effects on Agricultural Product Uplink
Abstract: With the rapid development of the digital economy, the role of e-commerce platforms in promoting agricultural product upscaling has become increasingly prominent, providing a new approach to targeted poverty alleviation. This study examines the context of impoverished rural areas in China to explore how e-commerce platforms achieve the goal of targeted poverty alleviation by optimizing supply chains, enhancing market connection efficiency, and strengthening farmers' participation capabilities. Based on multi-regional field survey data and combining quantitative and qualitative analysis methods, the findings indicate that e-commerce platforms can significantly reduce the circulation costs of agricultural products, shorten transaction chains, and increase product added value through brand-oriented operations. Furthermore, the skill training and technical support provided by these platforms effectively enhance farmers' digital literacy, thereby promoting the formation of their sustainable development capabilities. An innovation of this study lies in its first-time integration of platform economy theory with targeted poverty alleviation practices, constructing a ternary interaction model of "platform-farmers-market" to reveal the intrinsic mechanisms of e-commerce poverty alleviation. The research demonstrates that e-commerce platforms not only improve income levels in impoverished areas but also drive adjustments and upgrades in the agricultural industrial structure. These findings provide critical references for governments in formulating targeted poverty eradication policies and for enterprises engaging in corporate social responsibility practices, while also emphasizing the pivotal role of digital technology in the rural revitalization strategy.
