摘 要
随着互联网技术的快速发展和消费者购物习惯的转变,电子商务已成为现代零售业的重要组成部分,但实体零售仍具有不可替代的独特优势。本研究旨在探讨电子商务与实体零售融合的有效策略,以应对当前市场竞争加剧和消费模式多样化带来的挑战。通过文献综述、案例分析及问卷调查相结合的研究方法,本文选取了多个典型零售企业作为研究对象,深入剖析其在数字化转型过程中的实践经验与存在的问题。研究发现,电子商务与实体零售的融合不仅能够优化资源配置,还能提升顾客体验,从而增强企业的市场竞争力。具体而言,成功的融合策略需注重线上线下渠道的一体化建设、数据驱动的精准营销以及基于场景化的服务创新。本研究的创新点在于提出了“全渠道零售生态”概念,并构建了相应的评价指标体系,为零售企业在实际操作中提供了理论支持与实践指导。此外,研究还揭示了技术赋能对融合进程的关键作用,强调人工智能、大数据等新兴技术的应用价值。总体而言,本研究为推动电子商务与实体零售的深度结合提供了新视角,有助于促进零售行业的可持续发展。

Abstract
With the rapid development of Internet technology and the transformation of consumer shopping habits, e-commerce has become a crucial component of modern retailing. However, physical retail continues to possess unique advantages that cannot be easily substituted. This study aims to explore effective strategies for integrating e-commerce with physical retail in response to the challenges posed by intensified market competition and diversified consumption patterns. By employing a research methodology that combines literature review, case analysis, and questionnaire surveys, this paper selects several typical retail enterprises as research subjects, conducting an in-depth analysis of their practical experiences and existing issues during the process of digital transformation. The findings indicate that the integration of e-commerce and physical retail not only optimizes resource allocation but also enhances customer experience, thereby strengthening corporate market competitiveness. Specifically, successful integration strategies should focus on the integrated construction of online and offline channels, data-driven precise marketing, and service innovation based on scenario-based approaches. A key contribution of this study is the introduction of the concept of "omnichannel retail ecosystem" and the establishment of a corresponding evaluation index system, providing theoretical support and practical guidance for retail enterprises in their operations. Furthermore, the study highlights the critical role of technology empowerment in the integration process, emphasizing the application value of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence and big data. Overall, this research offers a new perspective for promoting the deep integration of e-commerce and physical retail, contributing to the sustainable development of the retail industry.
