摘 要
随着电子商务的迅猛发展,用户隐私泄露问题日益凸显,成为制约行业健康发展的关键因素。本研究旨在深入探讨电子商务环境下用户隐私泄露的风险来源及其防范机制,以期为构建更加安全的网络交易环境提供理论支持与实践指导。研究综合运用文献分析、案例研究及问卷调查等方法,系统梳理了当前电子商务中隐私泄露的主要形式与成因,并提出了一种基于多层次防护体系的隐私保护框架。该框架结合技术手段与管理措施,强调从数据加密、访问控制到用户教育的全方位防护策略。研究结果表明,通过强化技术保障、完善法律法规以及提升用户隐私意识,可以有效降低隐私泄露风险。本研究的创新点在于首次将行为心理学理论引入隐私保护机制设计,通过分析用户隐私决策行为特征,优化了隐私保护方案的实用性和可操作性。此外,研究还提出了针对电商平台的具体改进措施,为相关企业提供了明确的实施路径。总体而言,本研究不仅丰富了电子商务隐私保护领域的理论基础,也为实践应用提供了切实可行的参考依据。

Abstract
With the rapid development of e-commerce, user privacy leakage has become increasingly prominent, emerging as a critical factor constraining the healthy growth of the industry. This study aims to explore the sources of privacy leakage risks and their preventive mechanisms in the context of e-commerce, thereby providing theoretical support and practical guidance for constructing a safer online transaction environment. By employing a combination of literature analysis, case studies, and questionnaire surveys, this research systematically examines the primary forms and causes of privacy leakage in contemporary e-commerce and proposes a privacy protection fr amework based on a multi-layered defense system. This fr amework integrates technical measures with management strategies, emphasizing comprehensive protective approaches ranging from data encryption and access control to user education. The findings indicate that enhancing technical safeguards, improving relevant laws and regulations, and increasing user privacy awareness can effectively mitigate the risk of privacy leakage. A key innovation of this study lies in its introduction of behavioral psychology theory into the design of privacy protection mechanisms, optimizing the practicality and operability of privacy protection solutions through the analysis of user privacy decision-making behavior characteristics. Furthermore, specific improvement measures for e-commerce platforms are proposed, offering clear implementation pathways for related enterprises. Overall, this study not only enriches the theoretical foundation of privacy protection in e-commerce but also provides actionable references for practical applications.
