随着信息技术的迅猛发展,财务智能化转型已成为企业提升管理效率和竞争优势的重要途径。本研究以财务智能化转型为切入点,探讨其实施路径及其效果评价体系,旨在为企业提供科学的决策支持与实践指导。研究基于文献综述与案例分析,结合大数据、人工智能等技术的应用现状,构建了涵盖战略规划、技术支持、组织变革及绩效评估的综合框架。通过问卷调查与实证分析,选取多个行业代表性企业作为样本,深入剖析智能化转型的关键驱动因素及其对财务效率、决策能力和风险管理的影响。研究表明,财务智能化转型能够显著优化资源配置,提高数据处理能力,并增强企业的战略支撑作用。同时,研究发现技术融合能力、人才储备以及文化适应性是影响转型效果的核心要素。本研究的主要创新点在于提出了动态适应性的效果评价模型,该模型能够根据企业所处阶段和发展需求灵活调整评估指标。这一贡献不仅丰富了相关理论研究,也为企业在智能化转型过程中提供了更具操作性的工具和方法,从而推动财务管理向更高层次迈进。

Abstract
With the rapid development of information technology, the intelligent transformation of finance has become a crucial approach for enterprises to enhance management efficiency and competitive advantage. This study focuses on the intelligent transformation of finance, exploring its implementation paths and effectiveness evaluation system to provide scientific decision-making support and practical guidance for enterprises. Based on a literature review and case analysis, combined with the application status of big data, artificial intelligence, and other technologies, an integrated fr amework covering strategic planning, technical support, organizational change, and performance evaluation is constructed. Through questionnaire surveys and empirical analysis, multiple representative enterprises from various industries are selected as samples to deeply analyze the key driving factors of intelligent transformation and their impacts on financial efficiency, decision-making capabilities, and risk management. The study reveals that the intelligent transformation of finance can significantly optimize resource allocation, improve data processing capabilities, and strengthen the strategic support role of enterprises. Moreover, it is found that the core elements affecting the transformation effect include technology integration capability, talent reserve, and cultural adaptability. A major innovation of this study lies in proposing a dynamically adaptive effectiveness evaluation model, which can flexibly adjust evaluation indicators according to the stage and development needs of enterprises. This contribution not only enriches relevant theoretical research but also provides more operational tools and methods for enterprises during the process of intelligent transformation, thereby promoting financial management to a higher level.
