摘要
随着经济全球化的深入发展,跨国公司国际化战略已成为推动企业成长的重要因素。本研究旨在探讨不同国际化战略模式对跨国公司成长的影响机制,并揭示其在动态竞争环境中的作用。研究选取了来自不同行业的120家跨国公司作为样本,运用定量分析与案例研究相结合的方法,通过构建多元回归模型和深度访谈数据的交叉验证,系统评估了国际化战略对企业财务绩效、市场拓展能力和创新能力的影响。研究发现,渐进式国际化战略能够显著提升企业的长期成长潜力,而激进式国际化战略则在短期内表现出更强的市场扩张能力。此外,文化适应能力和技术创新水平是决定国际化战略成效的关键中介变量。本研究的创新点在于首次将动态能力理论引入国际化战略的研究框架,并提出了基于企业生命周期的战略匹配模型。这一研究成果不仅丰富了国际化战略的理论体系,还为跨国公司在制定全球化战略时提供了实践指导,具有重要的学术价值和现实意义。

Abstract
With the deepening of economic globalization, the internationalization strategy of multinational corporations has become a critical factor in promoting corporate growth. This study aims to explore the impact mechanisms of different internationalization strategy models on the growth of multinational corporations and to reveal their roles in dynamic competitive environments. A sample of 120 multinational corporations from various industries was selected, and a combination of quantitative analysis and case studies was employed. By constructing a multiple regression model and cross-validating it with in-depth interview data, the study systematically evaluated the effects of internationalization strategies on corporate financial performance, market expansion capabilities, and innovation capabilities. The findings indicate that a gradual internationalization strategy significantly enhances long-term growth potential, whereas an aggressive internationalization strategy demonstrates stronger market expansion capabilities in the short term. Furthermore, cultural adaptability and technological innovation levels are identified as key mediating variables determining the effectiveness of internationalization strategies. The novelty of this research lies in its introduction of dynamic capability theory into the fr amework of internationalization strategy for the first time, along with the proposal of a strategic alignment model based on the corporate life cycle. This research not only enriches the theoretical system of internationalization strategies but also provides practical guidance for multinational corporations in formulating global strategies, thereby possessing significant academic value and practical implications.
