摘要
公共体育设施作为提升全民健康水平和促进社会和谐发展的重要载体，其建设与运营管理的优化已成为当前城市发展中的关键议题。本研究以公共体育设施的供需矛盾为背景，旨在通过系统分析现有设施布局、功能配置及运营模式中存在的问题，探索科学合理的优化路径。研究采用问卷调查、实地访谈和大数据分析相结合的方法，从设施可达性、使用效率和服务质量三个维度展开深入探讨，并结合国内外典型案例进行对比分析。结果显示，当前公共体育设施存在区域分布不均、功能单一以及管理机制僵化等问题，这些问题在一定程度上制约了设施的使用效益和社会价值。为此，本研究提出基于“智慧化+多元化”理念的优化策略，包括构建智能化管理系统、完善设施功能体系以及创新多元化的运营模式。该策略不仅有效提升了设施的服务效能，还显著增强了公众的参与度和满意度。本研究的创新点在于首次将智慧化技术与公共体育设施运营管理深度融合，并提出了具有普适性和可操作性的优化框架，为相关领域的实践提供了重要参考。研究成果对推动公共体育设施的可持续发展、满足人民群众日益增长的健身需求具有重要意义。

Abstract
Public sports facilities, as critical carriers for enhancing public health and promoting social harmony, have become a key issue in urban development regarding their construction and operational management optimization. Against the backdrop of supply-demand contradictions in public sports facilities, this study aims to explore scientific and reasonable optimization pathways by systematically analyzing existing problems in facility distribution, functional configuration, and operational models. The research employs a combination of questionnaire surveys, field interviews, and big data analysis, examining three dimensions: accessibility, utilization efficiency, and service quality. Comparative analyses are also conducted using domestic and international case studies. Results indicate that current public sports facilities suffer from uneven regional distribution,单一 functionality, and rigid management mechanisms, which constrain their usage effectiveness and social value to some extent. In response, this study proposes an optimization strategy based on the concept of "intelligence + diversification," including the establishment of intelligent management systems, enhancement of facility function systems, and innovation in diversified operational models. This strategy not only effectively improves service efficiency but also significantly enhances public participation and satisfaction. The innovation of this study lies in its first-time integration of intelligent technology with the operational management of public sports facilities, proposing an optimization fr amework with general applicability and operational feasibility, providing significant reference for practical applications in related fields. The research findings hold important implications for advancing the sustainable development of public sports facilities and fulfilling the growing fitness needs of the population.
