冠心病是全球范围内导致心血管疾病死亡的主要原因之一,其早期诊断对改善患者预后具有重要意义。本研究旨在探讨CT技术在冠心病诊断中的辅助作用及其临床价值。通过回顾性分析2019年至2022年间300例疑似冠心病患者的影像学资料,采用多层螺旋CT血管成像(MSCTA)与传统冠状动脉造影(CAG)进行对比评估。结果显示,MSCTA在检测冠状动脉狭窄程度和斑块性质方面具有较高的敏感性和特异性,其诊断准确率可达92%,且能够有效减少侵入性检查的需求。此外,CT技术结合新型图像后处理算法可进一步提升微小病变的识别能力,为个性化治疗方案提供依据。本研究创新性地提出了一种基于CT影像特征的风险分层模型,有助于更精准地评估患者的病情进展风险。综上所述,CT技术不仅能够作为冠心病筛查的重要工具,还能为临床决策提供可靠支持,具有显著的应用前景。关键词:冠心病;多层螺旋CT血管成像;诊断准确性;风险分层模型;个性化治疗
Exploration of the Auxiliary Role of CT in the Diagnosis of Coronary Heart Disease
Abstract
Coronary heart disease is one of the leading causes of cardiovascular disease mortality worldwide, and its early diagnosis plays a crucial role in improving patient prognosis. This study aims to investigate the auxiliary role and clinical value of CT technology in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease. A retrospective analysis was conducted on the imaging data of 300 patients suspected of having coronary heart disease between 2019 and 2022, comparing multi-slice spiral CT angiography (MSCTA) with traditional coronary angiography (CAG). The results demonstrated that MSCTA exhibits high sensitivity and specificity in detecting the degree of coronary artery stenosis and plaque characteristics, with a diagnostic accuracy rate of up to 92%, effectively reducing the need for invasive examinations. Moreover, the combination of CT technology with novel image post-processing algorithms can further enhance the identification of subtle lesions, providing a basis for personalized treatment plans. This study innovatively proposes a risk stratification model based on CT imaging features, which contributes to more precise assessment of disease progression risk. In conclusion, CT technology not only serves as an essential tool for screening coronary heart disease but also provides reliable support for clinical decision-making, demonstrating significant application potential.
