摘 要
随着信息技术的快速发展,智慧物业管理系统逐渐成为提升小区居民生活品质的重要手段。本研究以智慧物业管理系统的应用为切入点,探讨其对小区居民满意度的影响机制及实际效果。研究背景源于传统物业管理模式在信息传递、资源分配和服务效率等方面的局限性,而智慧物业管理系统通过集成物联网、大数据分析和人工智能等技术,能够有效解决这些问题。研究旨在评估智慧物业管理系统在优化服务流程、增强居民参与度和提高满意度方面的潜力,并提出具体实施路径。采用问卷调查与实地访谈相结合的方法,选取多个已实施智慧物业管理系统的典型小区作为研究对象,收集居民对系统功能、服务体验及整体满意度的反馈数据。通过对数据的定量分析与定性解读,结果表明智慧物业管理系统显著提升了居民对物业服务的满意度,特别是在安全监控、设施维护和社区活动组织等方面表现出色。此外,系统的智能化和个性化服务设计也增强了居民的归属感和参与感。本研究的创新点在于首次将居民满意度与智慧物业管理系统的具体功能模块进行关联分析,并提出了基于反馈数据的系统优化建议。主要贡献包括为物业管理和社区治理提供了实践参考,同时为智慧社区建设理论增添了实证依据,进一步推动了相关领域的研究与发展。

Abstract
With the rapid development of information technology, intelligent property management systems have gradually become an important means to enhance the quality of life for residents in residential communities. This study focuses on the application of intelligent property management systems, exploring their influence mechanisms and practical effects on residents' satisfaction. The research context arises from the limitations of traditional property management models in terms of information transmission, resource allocation, and service efficiency. By integrating technologies such as the Internet of Things (IoT), big data analytics, and artificial intelligence, intelligent property management systems can effectively address these issues. The aim of this study is to evaluate the potential of intelligent property management systems in optimizing service processes, enhancing resident participation, and improving satisfaction, while proposing specific implementation pathways. A combination of questionnaire surveys and field interviews was employed, selecting several representative residential communities that have implemented intelligent property management systems as research subjects. Feedback data were collected regarding residents' perceptions of system functionalities, service experiences, and overall satisfaction. Through quantitative analysis and qualitative interpretation of the data, the results indicate that intelligent property management systems significantly enhance residents' satisfaction with property services, particularly excelling in areas such as security surveillance, facility maintenance, and community event organization. Additionally, the system's intelligent and personalized service design strengthens residents' sense of belonging and engagement. The innovation of this study lies in its first-time association analysis between residents' satisfaction and specific functional modules of intelligent property management systems, along with optimization recommendations based on feedback data. The primary contributions include providing practical references for property management and community governance, as well as adding empirical evidence to the theory of smart community construction, further advancing research and development in related fields.
