术后疼痛管理是现代医学中的重要课题，而曲马多作为一种非阿片类中枢性镇痛药，在临床应用中备受关注。本研究旨在系统评估曲马多在术后疼痛管理中的应用效果与安全性，为优化镇痛方案提供依据。研究采用随机对照试验设计，选取300例接受外科手术的患者，分为曲马多组、传统阿片类药物组和安慰剂组，通过视觉模拟评分法（VAS）及不良反应监测等指标进行对比分析。结果显示，曲马多组患者的术后疼痛缓解程度显著优于安慰剂组，且与传统阿片类药物组相比，其镇痛效果相当，但不良反应发生率更低，尤其在恶心呕吐和呼吸抑制方面表现突出。此外，本研究首次引入个体化剂量调整模型，进一步提升了曲马多的临床适用性。综上所述，曲马多在术后疼痛管理中具有良好的应用前景，其有效性与安全性为临床实践提供了新的选择，同时为个性化镇痛策略的发展奠定了基础。关键词：曲马多；术后疼痛管理；镇痛效果；不良反应；个体化剂量调整
Efficacy and Safety of Tramadol in Postoperative Pain Management: An Analysis
Abstract
Postoperative pain management is a critical issue in modern medicine, and tramadol, as a non-opioid centrally acting analgesic, has garnered significant attention in clinical applications. This study aimed to systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of tramadol in postoperative pain management, providing evidence for optimizing analgesic protocols. A randomized controlled trial design was employed, involving 300 patients who underwent surgical procedures, which were divided into three groups: tramadol, traditional opioid, and placebo. The Visual Analog Scale (VAS) and adverse reaction monitoring were used as primary comparison indicators. The results demonstrated that patients in the tramadol group experienced significantly better postoperative pain relief compared to the placebo group, with comparable analgesic effects to the traditional opioid group but a lower incidence of adverse reactions, particularly in terms of nausea, vomiting, and respiratory depression. Additionally, this study introduced an individualized dose-adjustment model for the first time, further enhancing the clinical applicability of tramadol. In conclusion, tramadol shows promising application prospects in postoperative pain management, with its efficacy and safety offering new options for clinical practice and laying the foundation for the development of personalized analgesic strategies.
