摘要
消化性溃疡是临床常见的消化系统疾病,其发病机制与胃酸分泌异常及幽门螺杆菌感染密切相关。为探讨奥美拉唑在治疗消化性溃疡中的疗效及其药理作用机制,本研究选取120例确诊患者,随机分为实验组和对照组,分别给予奥美拉唑和传统H2受体拮抗剂治疗,并通过内镜检查评估溃疡愈合情况及症状改善程度。结果显示,实验组的溃疡愈合率显著高于对照组,且疼痛缓解时间明显缩短,复发率较低。药理分析表明,奥美拉唑作为质子泵抑制剂,可特异性作用于胃壁细胞上的H+-K+-ATP酶,有效抑制基础胃酸分泌和刺激后的胃酸释放,同时促进黏膜修复并增强幽门螺杆菌根除效果。本研究创新性地结合临床观察与药理机制探讨,进一步验证了奥美拉唑在消化性溃疡治疗中的优势,为优化临床用药方案提供了理论依据。关键词:奥美拉唑;消化性溃疡;质子泵抑制剂;幽门螺杆菌;溃疡愈合率
Clinical Observation and Pharmacological Analysis of Omeprazole in the Treatment of Peptic Ulcer
Abstract
Peptic ulcer is a common digestive system disease in clinical practice, and its pathogenesis is closely related to abnormal gastric acid secretion and Helicobacter pylori infection. To investigate the therapeutic efficacy and pharmacological mechanisms of omeprazole in the treatment of peptic ulcers, this study selected 120 patients with confirmed diagnoses, randomly dividing them into an experimental group and a control group, which were treated with omeprazole and traditional H2 receptor antagonists, respectively. Endoscopic examinations were conducted to evaluate the ulcer healing status and the degree of symptom improvement. The results demonstrated that the ulcer healing rate in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group, with a markedly shorter duration for pain relief and a lower recurrence rate. Pharmacological analysis revealed that omeprazole, as a proton pump inhibitor, specifically acts on the H+-K+-ATPase enzyme located on gastric parietal cells, effectively inhibiting both basal gastric acid secretion and stimulated gastric acid release, while promoting mucosal repair and enhancing the eradication effect of Helicobacter pylori. This study innovatively integrates clinical observations with pharmacological mechanism investigations, further validating the advantages of omeprazole in the treatment of peptic ulcers and providing theoretical support for optimizing clinical medication regimens.
