摘 要
随着全球气候变化和资源环境压力的加剧，可持续发展已成为国际社会关注的核心议题，而绿色金融作为推动经济转型的重要工具，在促进环境保护与经济增长协调发展中扮演着关键角色。本研究旨在探讨绿色金融在实现可持续发展目标中的作用及其实践路径，通过文献分析、案例研究和实证检验相结合的方法，系统评估绿色金融政策对环境改善和经济发展的影响。研究选取了中国、欧盟和美国等典型经济体为样本，分析其绿色金融体系的构建特点及实施效果，并结合定量数据验证绿色信贷、绿色债券等金融工具的实际贡献。结果显示，绿色金融不仅能够有效引导资本流向低碳环保领域，还显著提升了资源配置效率，促进了产业结构优化升级。此外，研究发现政策支持、市场机制完善以及国际合作是绿色金融成功的关键因素。本研究的创新点在于首次将区域差异纳入分析框架，揭示不同发展阶段经济体在绿色金融实践中的异同，并提出针对性建议。主要贡献体现在为政策制定者提供了科学依据，同时为企业和社会公众参与绿色金融实践指明方向，从而助力全球可持续发展目标的实现。

Abstract
With the intensification of global climate change and resource-environmental pressures, sustainable development has become a core issue of international concern, while green finance, as a critical tool for facilitating economic transformation, plays a pivotal role in promoting the coordinated development of environmental protection and economic growth. This study aims to explore the role and practical pathways of green finance in achieving sustainable development goals by employing an integrated approach that combines literature analysis, case studies, and empirical testing to systematically evaluate the impact of green finance policies on environmental improvement and economic development. By selecting typical economies such as China, the European Union, and the United States as samples, this research analyzes the characteristics and implementation effects of their green finance systems, further validating the actual contributions of financial instruments like green credit and green bonds through quantitative data. The findings indicate that green finance not only effectively channels capital toward low-carbon and environmentally friendly sectors but also significantly enhances the efficiency of resource allocation and promotes the optimization and upgrading of industrial structures. Additionally, the study reveals that policy support, the perfection of market mechanisms, and international cooperation are key factors for the success of green finance. A notable innovation of this research lies in its first-time incorporation of regional differences into the analytical fr amework, uncovering similarities and differences in green finance practices among economies at different stages of development and offering targeted recommendations. Its primary contributions provide scientific evidence for policymakers and offer guidance for enterprises and the general public to participate in green finance practices, thereby contributing to the realization of global sustainable development goals.
