摘 要:美国高质量体育教育的理论与实践为全球学校体育教育改革提供了重要参考。本研究以美国高质量体育教育的核心理念为切入点,结合我国学校体育教育现状,探讨其在提升学生体质健康、促进终身体育意识形成中的应用价值。研究采用文献分析法、问卷调查法和案例研究法,对美国高质量体育教育的关键要素进行梳理,并通过实证研究评估其在我国学校体育教育中的适应性与有效性。结果表明,美国高质量体育教育强调课程体系化设计、教师专业发展以及学生个性化需求满足,能够显著改善学生参与体育活动的积极性和运动技能水平。本研究创新性地提出了基于本土化需求的高质量体育教育实施路径,为我国学校体育教育改革提供了新思路。主要贡献在于明确了高质量体育教育的核心要素及其在中国情境下的应用策略,为推动学校体育教育从“应试化”向“素质化”转变奠定了理论与实践基础。

Abstract:The theoretical and practical fr amework of high-quality physical education in the United States provides a significant reference for global school PE reform. This study focuses on the core concepts of high-quality physical education in the US, integrating them with the current state of school PE in China to explore their application value in enhancing students' physical health and promoting lifelong sports awareness. Employing literature analysis, questionnaire surveys, and case studies, this research systematically examines the key components of high-quality physical education in the US and evaluates its adaptability and effectiveness within the context of Chinese school PE through empirical research. The findings indicate that high-quality physical education emphasizes systematic curriculum design, teacher professional development, and the fulfillment of individual student needs, which significantly improves students' engagement in physical activities and their motor skill proficiency. Innovatively, this study proposes an implementation pathway for high-quality physical education tailored to localized requirements, offering new insights for PE reform in Chinese schools. Its primary contribution lies in clarifying the core elements of high-quality physical education and their application strategies within the Chinese context, thereby establishing a theoretical and practical foundation for transitioning school PE from an exam-oriented model to one focused on holistic quality development.
