摘 要:随着素质教育的深入推进,中学体育课程面临从传统统一教学向个性化教学转变的需求,以满足学生个体差异和多元化发展需要。本研究旨在构建一套适用于中学体育课程的个性化教学方案,通过分析学生身体素质、兴趣爱好及学习目标等多维因素,设计具有针对性的教学内容与评价体系。研究采用问卷调查、访谈及实验对比等方法,收集了来自不同地区学校的样本数据,并结合教育学、运动科学及心理学理论进行综合分析。结果表明,个性化教学方案能够显著提升学生的参与积极性、技能掌握水平及身心健康状况,同时促进了师生间的互动与沟通。本研究的创新点在于将大数据分析技术引入个性化教学方案的设计过程,实现了对学生需求的精准识别与动态调整,为中学体育课程改革提供了实践参考与理论支持。这一成果不仅丰富了个性化教学的理论框架,也为推动体育教育公平与质量提升做出了积极贡献。

Abstract:With the deepening implementation of quality-oriented education, secondary school physical education courses are facing the demand of transitioning from traditional uniform teaching to personalized instruction in order to meet the individual differences and diversified developmental needs of students. This study aims to construct a personalized teaching program applicable to secondary school physical education courses by analyzing multidimensional factors such as students' physical fitness, interests, and learning ob jectives, thereby designing targeted teaching content and evaluation systems. The research employs methods including questionnaire surveys, interviews, and experimental comparisons to collect sample data from schools in different regions, while integrating comprehensive analyses based on theories from pedagogy, sports science, and psychology. The results indicate that the personalized teaching program significantly enhances students' participation enthusiasm, skill acquisition levels, and physical and mental health conditions, while also promoting interaction and communication between teachers and students. An innovation of this study lies in incorporating big data analysis technology into the design process of the personalized teaching program, achieving precise identification and dynamic adjustment of student needs, thus providing practical references and theoretical support for the reform of secondary school physical education courses. This achievement not only enriches the theoretical fr amework of personalized teaching but also makes a positive contribution to advancing educational equity and quality improvement in physical education.
