摘 要:随着社会对综合型人才需求的不断增长,团队合作能力逐渐成为中学教育的重要培养目标之一。本研究以中学体育教学为切入点,探讨如何通过科学的教学设计和实践策略有效提升学生的团队合作能力。研究采用文献分析、问卷调查和实验对比等方法,选取某市三所中学共计450名学生作为研究对象,系统分析了当前体育教学中团队合作能力培养的现状及存在的问题,并提出基于项目式学习、角色分工和情境模拟的创新教学模式。研究结果表明,通过融入合作任务、强化沟通训练以及优化评价机制,能够显著提高学生的团队意识与协作技能。此外,该模式还促进了学生领导力和责任感的发展。本研究的主要贡献在于构建了一套适用于中学体育课堂的合作能力培养框架,为相关领域的教学改革提供了理论支持与实践参考,同时强调了体育教育在全面发展素质教育中的独特价值。

Abstract:With the increasing demand for well-rounded talents in society, team collaboration skills have gradually become one of the key cultivation goals in secondary education. This study focuses on physical education in secondary schools to explore how scientific instructional design and practical strategies can effectively enhance students' team cooperation abilities. By employing methods such as literature analysis, questionnaire surveys, and experimental comparisons, this research selected 450 students from three secondary schools in a city to systematically analyze the current status and existing issues regarding the cultivation of teamwork skills in physical education. An innovative teaching model was proposed based on project-based learning, role division, and situational simulation. The results indicate that integrating cooperative tasks, strengthening communication training, and optimizing evaluation mechanisms can significantly improve students' team awareness and collaborative skills. Additionally, this model fosters the development of leadership and a sense of responsibility among students. The primary contribution of this study lies in constructing a fr amework for cultivating teamwork skills applicable to secondary school physical education classes, providing theoretical support and practical references for relevant educational reforms. Furthermore, it highlights the unique value of physical education in promoting holistic quality-oriented education.
