摘 要:随着体育赛事在全球范围内的影响力不断扩大,高校体育课程中融入赛事组织能力的培养已成为教育领域的重要议题。本研究旨在探讨如何通过高校体育课程有效提升学生的体育赛事组织能力,以满足社会对复合型体育人才的需求。研究采用问卷调查、案例分析与专家访谈相结合的方法,选取了国内五所高校作为样本,系统考察了当前高校体育课程设置与赛事组织能力培养之间的关联性。结果显示,传统体育课程在赛事组织能力培养方面存在内容单一、实践机会不足等问题,而将模拟赛事策划、团队协作训练及跨学科知识融合纳入课程体系能够显著改善这一状况。本研究创新性地提出了“赛事导向型教学模式”,强调理论与实践的深度融合,并设计了一套可操作性强的评价指标体系。研究结论表明,该模式不仅有助于提高学生的综合素养,还为高校体育课程改革提供了新思路,对推动体育人才培养具有重要参考价值。

Abstract:With the growing global influence of sports events, integrating the cultivation of event organizational skills into college physical education curricula has become an important issue in the educational domain. This study aims to explore how college physical education courses can effectively enhance students' abilities in organizing sports events to meet the societal demand for versatile sports talents. By employing a combination of questionnaire surveys, case analysis, and expert interviews, this research selected five universities in China as samples to systematically examine the correlation between current physical education curriculum design and the development of event organizational skills. The findings indicate that traditional sports courses suffer from issues such as单一 content and insufficient practical opportunities in fostering event organizational capabilities. Incorporating simulated event planning, team collaboration training, and interdisciplinary knowledge integration into the curriculum can significantly address these challenges. Innovatively, this study proposes an "event-oriented teaching model," which emphasizes the deep integration of theory and practice, while designing a set of highly operational evaluation indicators. The conclusion reveals that this model not only contributes to improving students' comprehensive competencies but also provides new insights for the reform of college physical education curricula, offering significant reference value for advancing the cultivation of sports talents.
