摘 要
随着宠物饲养的普及，犬猫口腔疾病已成为影响其健康和生活质量的重要问题。本研究旨在系统探讨犬猫口腔疾病的预防与治疗方法，为兽医临床实践提供科学依据。通过文献综述、病例分析及实验研究相结合的方法，本文对常见口腔疾病（如牙结石、牙周炎和口腔溃疡）的发生机制、诊断标准及治疗策略进行了深入分析。研究发现，定期口腔检查与清洁可显著降低口腔疾病的发生率，而个性化治疗方案能够有效改善患病动物的预后。此外，本研究首次提出基于微生物组学的口腔健康管理模型，强调菌群平衡在疾病防控中的关键作用，并开发了一种新型抗菌涂层材料用于牙科手术器械，显著提高了治疗的安全性和有效性。研究表明，综合运用预防性护理、早期干预和精准治疗是控制犬猫口腔疾病的核心策略。本研究的主要贡献在于构建了完整的口腔疾病防控体系，为提升宠物健康管理水平提供了新思路和技术支持。

Abstract
With the increasing popularity of pet ownership, oral diseases in dogs and cats have become significant issues affecting their health and quality of life. This study aims to systematically investigate the prevention and treatment of oral diseases in companion animals, providing a scientific basis for veterinary clinical practice. By integrating literature review, case analysis, and experimental research, this paper conducts an in-depth analysis of the pathogenesis, diagnostic criteria, and therapeutic strategies for common oral diseases such as dental calculus, periodontitis, and oral ulcers. The findings indicate that regular oral examinations and cleanings can substantially reduce the incidence of oral diseases, while personalized treatment plans effectively improve the prognosis of affected animals. Additionally, this study proposes a novel oral health management model based on microbiomics, emphasizing the critical role of microbial balance in disease prevention and control. A new type of antimicrobial coating material for dental surgical instruments was also developed, significantly enhancing the safety and efficacy of treatments. The study concludes that the integration of preventive care, early intervention, and precision treatment represents the core strategy for managing oral diseases in dogs and cats. The primary contribution of this research lies in establishing a comprehensive system for the prevention and control of oral diseases, offering new insights and technical support for improving pet health management.
