农村能源转型与农业可持续发展的协同机制研究

摘  要

  农村能源转型与农业可持续发展是实现乡村振兴和生态文明建设的重要组成部分,二者之间存在深刻的协同关系。本研究以农村能源结构优化和农业绿色发展为目标,探讨了农村能源转型对农业可持续发展的驱动机制及其综合影响。通过构建“能源-经济-环境”三重分析框架,并结合多案例比较分析与系统动力学建模方法,研究揭示了农村能源转型在提升农业生产效率、减少环境污染以及促进农村经济发展中的关键作用。结果表明,清洁能源推广与高效用能技术的应用能够显著降低农业生产的碳排放强度,同时提高资源利用效率;此外,农村能源转型还通过改善农村基础设施和农民生活质量,间接推动了农业产业结构调整与升级。本研究的创新点在于将农村能源转型置于农业可持续发展的宏观背景下进行系统性考察,提出了基于协同效应的政策优化路径。主要贡献包括:一是明确了农村能源转型与农业可持续发展之间的内在逻辑关系;二是为制定区域差异化的发展策略提供了科学依据;三是强调了跨部门协作的重要性,为相关政策设计提供了理论支持与实践指导。这些发现对于推动农村地区绿色低碳转型及实现农业农村现代化具有重要意义。

Abstract

  Rural energy transition and agricultural sustainable development are crucial components of achieving rural revitalization and ecological civilization construction, with a profound synergistic relationship between them. This study aims to explore the driving mechanisms and comprehensive impacts of rural energy transition on agricultural sustainable development, focusing on optimizing the rural energy structure and promoting green agricultural development. By constructing a triple analytical fr amework of "energy-economy-environment" and integrating multiple case comparisons with system dynamics modeling, the research reveals the critical role of rural energy transition in enhancing agricultural production efficiency, reducing environmental pollution, and stimulating rural economic growth. The findings indicate that the promotion of clean energy and the application of high-efficiency energy technologies can significantly decrease carbon emission intensity in agricultural production while improving resource utilization efficiency. Moreover, rural energy transition indirectly facilitates the adjustment and upgrading of the agricultural industrial structure by enhancing rural infrastructure and improving farmers' quality of life. The innovation of this study lies in systematically examining rural energy transition within the macroscopic context of agricultural sustainable development, proposing policy optimization pathways based on synergistic effects. The main contributions include: first, clarifying the intrinsic logical relationship between rural energy transition and agricultural sustainable development; second, providing scientific evidence for formulating regionally differentiated development strategies; third, emphasizing the importance of cross-sectoral collaboration and offering theoretical support and practical guidance for relevant policy design. These insights hold significant implications for advancing green and low-carbon transitions in rural areas and realizing the modernization of agriculture and rural development.
