农业碳减排是应对全球气候变化、实现碳中和目标的重要组成部分,其研究背景源于农业活动作为温室气体排放重要来源的现实。本研究旨在探讨经济政策与技术路径在农业碳减排中的作用机制及其协同效应,以期为制定科学合理的减排策略提供理论支持与实践指导。通过文献分析、模型构建与实证研究相结合的方法,本文系统评估了不同经济政策工具(如碳税、补贴及市场交易机制)对农业生产方式转型的影响,并深入剖析了关键减排技术(如精准农业、土壤固碳及可再生能源替代)的应用潜力与推广障碍。研究表明,经济政策能够有效激励农户采纳低碳生产技术,而技术创新则是实现农业碳减排的核心驱动力;两者结合可显著提升减排效率并降低经济成本。此外,本研究创新性地提出了基于区域特征的差异化政策框架,强调因地制宜的重要性,并通过案例分析验证了该框架的可行性和有效性。主要贡献在于揭示了经济政策与技术路径之间的交互关系,为政策制定者提供了更具操作性的决策参考,同时为未来相关研究奠定了理论基础。研究成果对于推动农业可持续发展、促进绿色转型具有重要意义。

Abstract
Agricultural carbon emission reduction is a critical component in addressing global climate change and achieving carbon neutrality, with its research background rooted in the reality that agricultural activities are significant sources of greenhouse gas emissions. This study aims to explore the mechanisms and synergistic effects of economic policies and technological pathways in agricultural carbon emission reduction, thereby providing theoretical support and practical guidance for the formulation of scientifically sound and reasonable mitigation strategies. By integrating literature analysis, model construction, and empirical research, this paper systematically evaluates the impacts of various economic policy instruments, such as carbon taxes, subsidies, and market trading mechanisms, on the transformation of agricultural production modes. It also provides an in-depth examination of the application potential and barriers to the promotion of key emission reduction technologies, including precision agriculture, soil carbon sequestration, and renewable energy substitution. The findings indicate that economic policies can effectively incentivize farmers to adopt low-carbon production technologies, while technological innovation serves as the core driving force for achieving agricultural carbon emission reduction. The combination of these two factors significantly enhances mitigation efficiency and reduces economic costs. Furthermore, this study innovatively proposes a differentiated policy fr amework based on regional characteristics, emphasizing the importance of adapting measures to local conditions. The feasibility and effectiveness of this fr amework are validated through case studies. The primary contribution lies in revealing the interactive relationship between economic policies and technological pathways, offering policymakers more operational decision-making references, and laying a theoretical foundation for future related research. The research outcomes hold significant implications for promoting agricultural sustainability and facilitating green transitions.
