装配式建筑结构体系的施工工艺研究

  装配式建筑作为现代建筑工业化的重要组成部分,近年来受到广泛关注。本研究以装配式建筑结构体系的施工工艺为切入点,在分析国内外相关技术发展现状的基础上,针对传统施工工艺中存在的效率低、质量不稳定等问题,提出了一种优化的装配式建筑施工工艺流程。通过引入BIM技术进行三维模拟和碰撞检测,结合预制构件生产与现场装配的协同管理,显著提高了施工精度与效率。同时,研究开发了一种新型连接节点构造,有效增强了结构的整体性和抗震性能。实验结果表明,该工艺可使施工周期缩短约20%,并显著降低现场作业强度与误差率。本研究不仅为装配式建筑的高效施工提供了技术支持,还为推动建筑行业的可持续发展做出了积极贡献,其创新点在于将数字化技术和优化工艺相结合,实现了预制构件从设计到施工的全流程一体化管理。

Abstract
  As an essential component of modern building industrialization, prefabricated construction has received considerable attention in recent years. This study focuses on the construction technology of prefabricated building structural systems, analyzing the current development status of related technologies both domestically and internationally. In response to issues such as low efficiency and unstable quality in traditional construction processes, an optimized prefabricated construction process flow is proposed. By integrating BIM technology for three-dimensional simulation and collision detection, along with collaborative management of prefabricated component production and on-site assembly, this approach significantly enhances construction accuracy and efficiency. Additionally, a novel connection node design is developed, effectively improving the overall integrity and seismic performance of the structure. Experimental results indicate that this process can reduce the construction period by approximately 20% while substantially decreasing on-site labor intensity and error rates. This research not only provides technical support for efficient prefabricated construction but also contributes positively to the sustainable development of the construction industry. Its innovation lies in combining digital technology with optimized processes to achieve integrated management of prefabricated components from design through to construction.
