摘 要:随着人工智能技术的快速发展,其在招聘选拔领域的应用日益广泛,为传统人力资源管理带来了革新性机遇与挑战。本研究旨在探讨人工智能在招聘选拔中的应用现状及其面临的主要问题,通过文献分析与案例研究相结合的方法,系统梳理了当前人工智能技术在简历筛选、能力评估、面试辅助等环节的实际运用,并深入剖析了算法偏见、数据隐私保护及伦理困境等关键挑战。研究表明,人工智能显著提升了招聘效率和精准度,但其透明性与公平性仍需进一步优化。本研究创新性地提出了基于多维度评价体系的改进框架,以平衡技术效能与伦理规范之间的关系,为未来人工智能在招聘选拔中的健康发展提供了理论支持与实践指导,同时强调了跨学科协作的重要性,以推动更加智能化、公正化的招聘体系构建。

Abstract:With the rapid development of artificial intelligence technologies, their applications in recruitment and selection have become increasingly widespread, bringing revolutionary opportunities and challenges to traditional human resource management. This study aims to explore the current status of artificial intelligence applications in recruitment and selection, as well as the major issues faced, by employing a combination of literature analysis and case studies. It systematically reviews the practical applications of current artificial intelligence technologies in various stages such as resume screening, competency assessment, and interview assistance, while conducting an in-depth analysis of critical challenges including algorithmic bias, data privacy protection, and ethical dilemmas. The findings indicate that artificial intelligence has significantly enhanced the efficiency and accuracy of recruitment processes; however, its transparency and fairness require further optimization. Innovatively, this study proposes an improvement fr amework based on a multi-dimensional evaluation system to balance the relationship between technical effectiveness and ethical norms, providing theoretical support and practical guidance for the healthy development of artificial intelligence in recruitment and selection. Additionally, it emphasizes the importance of interdisciplinary collaboration to promote the construction of a more intelligent and equitable recruitment system.
