摘 要:随着信息技术的迅猛发展,大数据技术为人力资源管理领域带来了新的机遇与挑战,特别是在招聘环节中实现了从传统模式向精准化、智能化方向的转变。本研究以大数据技术为核心,探讨其在精准招聘中的应用机制与优化路径,旨在解决传统招聘模式中存在的信息不对称、匹配效率低等问题。通过构建基于大数据分析的招聘模型,综合运用数据挖掘、机器学习等方法,对求职者与岗位需求进行多维度特征提取与智能匹配,从而提升招聘效率与质量。研究结果表明,大数据驱动的精准招聘模式能够显著提高人岗匹配度,并降低企业招聘成本。本研究的创新点在于提出了一种融合行为数据分析与语义理解的综合评估框架,为招聘决策提供了科学依据,同时为人力资源管理理论的发展提供了新视角,具有重要的实践意义与推广价值。

Abstract:With the rapid development of information technology, big data technology has brought new opportunities and challenges to the field of human resource management, particularly enabling a transformation from traditional recruitment models towards more precise and intelligent approaches. This study focuses on big data technology to explore its application mechanisms and optimization pathways in precise recruitment, aiming to address issues such as information asymmetry and low matching efficiency inherent in traditional recruitment models. By constructing a recruitment model based on big data analysis and comprehensively employing methods such as data mining and machine learning, multi-dimensional feature extraction and intelligent matching are achieved for both job seekers and position requirements, thereby enhancing the efficiency and quality of recruitment. The results indicate that a big data-driven precise recruitment model can significantly improve the match between individuals and positions while reducing corporate recruitment costs. The innovation of this study lies in proposing a comprehensive evaluation fr amework that integrates behavioral data analysis with semantic understanding, providing a scientific basis for recruitment decision-making and offering a new perspective for the development of human resource management theory, with significant practical implications and promotion value.
