摘 要:随着数字经济的快速发展,数字化转型已成为企业适应新时代竞争的关键战略举措,其对人力资源管理的影响日益显著。本研究旨在探讨数字化转型背景下企业人力资源战略的调整与优化路径,通过问卷调查与案例分析相结合的方法,选取多个行业代表性企业作为研究对象,深入剖析数字化技术对企业人力资源规划、招聘配置、培训开发及绩效管理等核心模块的作用机制。研究发现,数字化转型不仅重塑了企业的组织架构与工作模式,还推动了人力资源管理向数据驱动型和智能化方向转变。具体而言,数字工具的应用显著提升了人才评估的精准性与效率,同时促进了员工技能升级与职业发展路径的个性化设计。

Abstract:With the rapid development of digital economy, digital transformation has become a key strategic measure for enterprises to adapt to the competition in the new era, and its impact on human resource management has become increasingly significant. This study aims to explore under the background of digital transformation of enterprise human resources strategy adjustment and optimization path, through the method of combining questionnaire survey and case analysis, select multiple industry representative enterprises as a research ob ject, deeply analyze the digital technology of enterprise human resources planning, recruitment configuration, training, development and performance management of the core module mechanism. The study found that digital transformation not only reshaping the organizational structure and working mode of enterprises, but also promotes the transformation of human resource management to data-driven and intelligent direction. Specifically, the application of digital tools significantly improves the accuracy and efficiency of talent evaluation, and promotes the personalized design of employees' skills upgrading and career development paths.
