跨文化背景下员工满意度的管理挑战
摘 要
在全球化背景下,跨国企业数量不断增加,跨文化管理成为现代企业管理的重要议题。员工满意度作为衡量企业人力资源管理水平的关键指标,在不同文化背景下的表现存在显著差异,这给企业管理带来了新的挑战。本研究旨在探讨跨文化背景下员工满意度的管理挑战及其应对策略,通过文献综述与实证分析相结合的方法,选取来自不同文化背景的多家跨国企业为研究对象,采用问卷调查和深度访谈的方式收集数据。研究发现,文化差异对员工的工作价值观、沟通方式、激励机制等方面产生深刻影响,导致传统管理模式难以有效提升员工满意度。

Abstract
In the context of globalization, the number of multinational enterprises is increasing, and cross-cultural management has become an important issue in modern enterprise management. As a key indicator to measure the level of enterprise human resource management, employee satisfaction varies significantly in different cultural backgrounds, which brings new challenges to enterprise management. This study aims to explore the management challenges of employee satisfaction and their coping strategies across cultural backgrounds, and to collect data through questionnaire surveys and in-depth interviews. The study found that cultural differences have a profound impact on employees' work values, communication methods, incentive mechanism and other aspects, making it difficult for the traditional management mode to effectively improve employee satisfaction.
