企业培训体系对员工满意度的促进作用

摘    要

  随着市场竞争加剧和企业对人力资源重视程度的提升,构建有效的培训体系成为提高员工满意度的重要途径。本研究旨在探讨企业培训体系与员工满意度之间的关系,通过问卷调查法和访谈法收集来自不同行业、规模企业的625份有效样本数据,运用结构方程模型进行数据分析。结果表明,完善的培训体系能够显著提升员工的工作技能和职业发展预期,进而增强员工对企业归属感和忠诚度,最终促进员工满意度的提升。创新之处在于将培训体系细分为培训内容、培训方式、培训制度三个维度,并分别考察其对员工满意度的影响路径,发现培训内容的实用性、培训方式的多样性以及培训制度的公平性是影响员工满意度的关键因素。此外,本研究还揭示了员工个体特征在这一关系中的调节作用,为不同类型企业提供更具针对性的培训体系建设建议,有助于企业在激烈的市场竞争中留住人才,实现可持续发展。

Abstract 
  As market competition intensifies and enterprises place greater emphasis on human resources, establishing an effective training system has become a crucial approach to enhancing employee satisfaction. This study aims to explore the relationship between corporate training systems and employee satisfaction by collecting 625 valid samples from enterprises of various industries and sizes through questionnaire surveys and interviews. Structural equation modeling was employed for data analysis. The results indicate that a comprehensive training system can significantly improve employees' work skills and career development expectations, thereby strengthening their sense of belonging and loyalty to the company, ultimately promoting an increase in employee satisfaction. The innovation of this research lies in subdividing the training system into three dimensions: training content, training methods, and training policies, examining their respective influence paths on employee satisfaction. It was found that the practicality of training content, the diversity of training methods, and the fairness of training policies are key factors affecting employee satisfaction. Additionally, this study reveals the moderating role of individual employee characteristics in this relationship, providing more targeted recommendations for training system construction for different types of enterprises, which is beneficial for retaining talent and achieving sustainable development in the fierce market competition.
