企业薪酬福利体系对员工满意度的影响研究
摘 要
随着经济全球化和市场竞争加剧,企业面临诸多挑战,员工满意度成为影响企业发展的重要因素。本研究旨在探讨企业薪酬福利体系对员工满意度的影响,以期为企业优化薪酬福利体系提供理论依据。基于国内外相关文献综述,选取了涵盖不同行业、规模的300家企业作为样本,采用问卷调查法收集数据,并运用SPSS软件进行描述性统计分析、相关性分析及回归分析等方法。研究发现,薪酬水平、福利待遇、薪酬结构合理性与员工满意度之间存在显著正相关关系,其中薪酬水平对员工满意度的影响最为突出;而薪酬公平性在一定程度上调节着上述关系。创新之处在于不仅关注薪酬福利体系各要素本身,还深入探究其内部逻辑关系以及薪酬公平性的调节作用,丰富了现有理论成果。本研究结果表明,企业应重视薪酬福利体系构建,提高薪酬水平、完善福利待遇、优化薪酬结构并确保薪酬公平性,以此提升员工满意度,进而增强企业的竞争力和可持续发展能力。

Abstract
With the intensification of economic globalization and market competition, enterprises are confronted with numerous challenges, and employee satisfaction has become a critical factor influencing corporate development. This study aims to investigate the impact of corporate compensation and benefits systems on employee satisfaction, providing theoretical support for optimizing such systems. Based on a comprehensive review of relevant domestic and international literature, this research selected 300 enterprises across various industries and sizes as samples, collecting data through a questionnaire survey method. SPSS software was utilized for desc riptive statistical analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis. The findings reveal a significant positive correlation between employee satisfaction and compensation levels, benefits, and the rationality of compensation structure, with compensation levels exerting the most prominent influence on employee satisfaction. Compensation fairness moderates these relationships to some extent. The innovation of this study lies in its focus not only on the individual elements of the compensation and benefits system but also on exploring the internal logical relationships among these elements and the moderating role of compensation fairness, thereby enriching existing theoretical outcomes. The results indicate that enterprises should prioritize the construction of compensation and benefits systems by enhancing compensation levels, improving benefits, optimizing compensation structures, and ensuring compensation fairness, thus boosting employee satisfaction and, in turn, strengthening corporate competitiveness and sustainable development capabilities.
